Two of the guys looked at Cane, the caretaker's son and said. That woman was beautiful. If we sold her to Pedro as a sex slave we could get a lot of money. Cane looked at Josh and Jimmy and said. I know that you guys are lapboards but are you stupid. You do know that is Alpha Jordan's wife and mate. Her father if Alpha Jeffery and her brother is Alpha Jarrod.

You know what Jarrod will do to you if you take his sister and sale her like that. I want no part of it. He turned to walk away when Josh grabbed his arm. He said you're in too deep to walk away. We are going to take her. Cane said, not me. Josh looked at Jimmy and said. We need to watch the cabin and grab her when Alpha Jordan is not there.

Jordan said Cat don't walk around outside or go into town by yourself. I need you within hearing range. Two of those guys are leopards. I don't trust them. They looked at you as if you were a piece of meat. I know you are angry at me but please promise me you will listen to me. I looked up at him and said, I promise. There is something off about those two but, I think Cane is working with them.

I said I know a few leopards and their friends. I am going to call them and find out why two of their kind would be in this area. This is wolf territory and leopards and wolves don't enter each other's territory without permission. I called a good friend of mine that I met while visiting my grandparents home when I was younger. Elijah, I said as he picked up the phone. This is Alpha Jordan.

Elijah asked how I have been and I said not good. I remember what he did to his mate and so I told him what happened between myself and Cat. He said, buddy, I feel for you. I said that is not why I am calling. I explained what happened today at the cabin and he said, you sensed two male leopards in West Virginia? I said yes and we have a bad feeling about them. I said they looked at Cat as if she was a piece of meat.

He said, let me give Drake a call and see if I can get some information and I will call you back. I said, thanks buddy and hung up. I told Cat what Elijah was going to do and we went into the house to make dinner. Just as we sat down at the table I felt as if we were being watched. I walked over and shut the lights off looking out the window. That is when I saw the leopard lying there watching the house. I turned the lights back on looking at Cat and said, they are out there watching the house. I don't like this.

Jimmy was being chased by soldiers through the woods. He managed to get away and he told Josh about what he saw going on at the cabin. He said some other leopards showed up with their mates. Josh asked what the hell is a wolf doing associating with leopards? He said that is not heard of, then he said, shit. I forgot Alpha Jordan has a lot of friends that are leopards.

Cane said, are you going to drop the idea of trying to take Alpha Jordan's mate now? Josh said, nope and now we can take some more women and get enough money to disappear on. Cane laughed and said, you actually think you can kidnap these women and get away with it? They will come after their mate and rip you to pieces. I said, I am out of this one. Josh pulled a gun and shot Cane in the head. He said, you are now and walked away telling Jimmy to get rid of the body.

I showed everyone the rooms and they entered the room they wanted. I said after you unpack come downstairs. I said we are going to grill out. Jordan was just putting the stakes on the grill along with hamburgers. I was in the kitchen getting potato chips out, and getting everything ready to take outside to put on the picnic tables.
