"Brother Bardon Bard, you’re finally awake!"
Prajna Bates hurriedly ran over, her eyes red, and said, "Do you know, you’ve been unconscious for three days! You really scared us!"
"What the hell?!"
Bardon Bard’s mouth twitched, "I’ve been unconscious for three days?!"
"Yep, yep!"
Prajna Bates nodded repeatedly.
Lionel Yeager walked over and asked, "Bardon, do you know how you got knocked out?"
"Ss..."
Bardon Bard slapped his forehead, recalling, "Hey, didn’t I charge at those three old fellas, Louis Corcoran, Kevin Franklin, and Sam Lee? Then I was sent flying by them..."
"What else?"
Yeager asked again.
Bardon thought for a moment and exclaimed, "I remember now! I think I saw my master right before I passed out!"
But then he shook his head repeatedly, "No, no, how could my master suddenly appear? I must’ve been dreaming!"
Yeager asked with a puzzled face, "Bardon, don’t you remember anything else besides that?"
"Other things?"
Bardon looked confused, "What other things?"
"Since you’ve forgotten, let me tell you."
Yeager did not conceal it, he told Bardon about his frenzy, the appearance of the old monk, and the destruction of Ten Thousands of Swords Gate.
After hearing what Yeager had said,
Bardon Bard’s eyes widened, and he was stunned.
He swallowed, asking, "We won?! Ten Thousands of Swords Gate was destroyed?!"
"Yeah."
Yeager nodded his head.
"Holy shit!"
Bardon Bard slapped the bed, "I thought you guys just took me away, I can’t believe Ten Thousands of Swords Gate was actually annihilated!"
"It’s such a pity, I didn’t get to see such an exciting scene!"
Halfway through, Bardon Bard touched his chin, saying, "Brother Yeager, you’re not lying, right? Did I really look that badass back then, sending those three old guys flying with just one swing of my zen staff?!"
Yeager replied, "What’s the point in lying to you? Everyone was there at the scene, and they witnessed the whole thing."
Reginald Weston and the others also nodded.
Lily Tisdale spoke up, "Mmm, indeed, you did send those three old guys flying with just one swing of your zen staff, but after that, you were completely out."
"Hey, that doesn’t matter!"
Bardon Bard waved his hand, saying helplessly, "The important thing is, I didn’t know anything about such a badass scene!"
At that, he furrowed his brows again, saying, "Is my Master really that strong, injuring those three old guys with just one palm strike?"
Yeager asked, "Bardon, is your Master from the Forest?"
"Yeah!"
Bardon Bard nodded his head.
Reginald Weston said, "Little Brother Bardon, I’m afraid your master’s strength is much greater than those twelve elders of the Forest.
By rights, I should know him, but why have I never met your master before?"
Bardon smacked his lips, saying, "Brother Sean, it’s normal for you not to know my master.
After all, my master has always been sweeping the floors in the Scripture Storage Pavilion, remaining unnoticed.
Not to mention you, probably nobody in the Forest knows that my master is so powerful."
"Your master sweeps the floor in the Scripture Storage Pavilion?!"
Reginald Weston’s mouth twitched, his face full of disbelief.
Nicholas Lester exclaimed, "He’s truly a great monk who has gained enlightenment, hidden in the Forest yet unknown to all. Admirable, admirable."
"Everyone, what are you talking about?"
"Yeah, who are you admiring?"
