Becoming A Tech Tycoon Begins With Regression novel Chapter 150

Chapter 150: OmniMed’s First Partners

Gabriel was impressed, to say the least.

Both at the tech presented before them and the fact that they had managed to impress his stubborn father.

When he previously mentioned that he had a board that was hard to please, he mostly meant his father.

And to his surprise, OmniTech Corp had managed to please him. Aria’s friend really was amazing.

The confidence which she had in their products showed it all.

Lizzy, meanwhile, stepped back, folding her hands with a smile on her face. "That’s just the surface layer. The band’s internal sensors continuously analyze cell-level biofeedback. It can detect early biomarkers of disease weeks, months, or even years before symptoms appear."

Gabriel spoke up next. "And all that happens instantly?"

"Within seconds," Lizzy confirmed. "Faster, if connected to the Athena network."

Dr. Caldwell looked down at the glowing band on his wrist again, tapping the screen and actually getting a feel for the watch. "And this data can’t be stolen or tampered with?"

Mark answered that one, leaning slightly forward. "Not without breaking Sentinel-grade encryption, which, to date, no one on this planet has managed to do."

That earned a few raised brows around the table. Those words were a sign of extreme confidence in their software.

Which, given the fact that what he said was completely true, was totally understandable.v to bbbb

Oh look

Finally, Dr. Caldwell looked up, his gaze landing on Lillian. "It’s impressive. I won’t deny that. But tell me, Ms. Hayes... why us? Why start here, of all places?"

"Because Caldwell Hospital represents the bridge between traditional care and the future of medicine, you’re trusted by people. And OmniTech’s goal isn’t to replace doctors, it’s to make their job easier," Lillian explained, "and we believe, that the Caldwell Hospital is the ideal place to kickstart this innovation."

After her words, the room fell into silence as Dr. Richard Caldwell thought about the offer.

Then, finally, after a few more minutes, he exhaled and nodded. "You have my attention, Ms. Hayes. Proceed."

Lillian’s lips curved upward. "Thank you, Mr. Caldwell. Then let’s talk terms." 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺

A couple of minutes later, Lillian and her team walked out of the conference room with a visibly satisfied look on their faces.

The deal had successfully been wrapped up.

After revealing the prototype and its capabilities, the negotiation went smoothly from there.

There had only been minor adjustments to the initial terms, Lillian had outline, which she was fine with.

And now it was official. OmniTech Corp had secured its first med-tech partnership.

Which in turn meant Lizzy and Liam had received the green light for mass production... Though on a smaller scale..for now, the siblings didn’t mind.

"You really did manage to convince the old man," Gabriel who was walking with the said with a small smile on his face, "I’m impressed."

Lillian chuckled and turned to him, "I’m pretty sure your father had only been asking questions because he wanted to make sure we’re not just another tech company here to make empty promises.

"That’s one way to put it," Gabriel said, "but the truth is, the old man’s usually averse to change, especially one that would make him think that human doctors will be replaced with machines, so I’m surprised he even accepted this meeting."

Although the hospital was now technically Gabriel’s, his father still held the largest share, meaning most decisions, especially ones involving large-scale partnerships, had to pass through him first.

It wasn’t that Richard Caldwell didn’t trust his son....he simply didn’t trust anyone with decisions that came to Caldwell Hospital...which was strange because he had already passed it on to Gabriel.

"Is that so," Lillian said, "then it’s an honor that he not only agreed to the meeting but also signed the documents."

"Don’t think too much about it," Gabriel said as he stopped just before they entered the elevator.

"I’d like to host a small celebration in honor of this partnership, in a few days," he continued, pausing just as the elevator doors slid open, "and I was hoping you—and your team—would attend."

"A celebration?" Lillian repeated.

She was hoping to leave and go back to Atlanta just after this... maybe tomorrow since there was still much to do before the announcement, testing and release of the Vitaband, plus she was also getting this nagging feeling that something was about to go wrong..

But she just dismissed it, after all, the two biggest obstacles in her life had disappeared so, it probably was just her overworked mind playing tricks on her.

But still, Gabriel’s request was a bit surprising.

He nodded, smiling faintly. "Yes. Nothing extravagant. Just dinner and a few glasses of wine," he added, "consider it the as us welcoming OmniTech Corp into the Caldwell family."
