Chapter335
Roxanne said to Claudia on the side, “I figured Lennon was chasing her, so he gave her resources. None of that stuff was designed by her. When the time comes, I’ll report her for cheating and make all her efforts go to waste!”
Claudia nodded like she kind of got it.
But Roxanne still thought it’d be safer, so she got in touch with Kenneth’s team and waited to hit Stephanie up tomorrow.
Moon Manor, the Humphrey family.
Leonard and Jennifer saw this gossip, and both of them shook their heads.
“You said if Steph really got together with Lennon, what was Maxwell gonna do?”
“Maybe I’d go crazy…” Jennifer said.
Leonard nodded.
“Back then… it was really a close call…”
Leonard didn’t say anything either.
“Just let it be.”
Finally, Jennifer said, “We could only leave it to fate. This was as far as we could go.”

In the hotel suite.
Vincent held a glass of red wine and looked at these things online. He was grinning.
“Didn’t expect this, Steph. After all these years apart, you’ve always had people chasing after you, but why did you choose him?”
“Such a dangerous person.”
A few times when Vincent met Lennon popped up in his mind. The guy never got his hands bloody, but he always managed to win easily. In fact, every time, he had that smiling face that just made people mad.
“Well, good luck to you.” Vincent smiled and said, “I trust you more than anyone else.”
“And also, I felt…”
“It was to add a little something for tomorrow and the future.”
Seaside villa, Stephanie and Lennon sat on the sand, enjoying the
breeze.
“Scared of the new product tomorrow?” Lennon said.
Stephanie was feeling the sea breeze and had some drinks. She said, “I’m scared.”
“Can’t tell.” Lennon smiled.
Stephanie turned her face and looked at Lennon in front of her, “How about this?”

Lennon didn’t say anything, and Stephanie just smiled and said, “This is about whether I can get back the Shelton family’s stuff. It’s really important to me, so I was really worried.”
Lennon lowered his eyes a little, and he reached out to brush aside her hair that had been messed up by the sea breeze.
“Once, I ran into a reckless guy at the Groena border. He didn’t play by the rules at all, and that route of mine was really important–I had to get the deal, so I was pretty worried.”
“But later, everything went well. I heard that guy who used to be so reckless had already changed his wild ways back then, so the cooperation went really smoothly.”
Stephanie smiled and said, “You mean Vincent?”
Lennon nodded and chuckled, “You guessed it.‘
“I also heard that you were the one who changed his personality,” Lennon added, his dark eyes looking at Stephanie.
