Breed Me Daddy Alpha novel Chapter 303

Straight down the middle of the path behind me, bigger than the first two. Don’t stop, don’t stop, don’t stop, my wolf was shouting so loud it felt like she was ripping through my skull.

I don’t care if there are three, I don’t care if there are thirty, we do not stop, Lyra, we do not give up, we do not let them take us, do you hear me, we fight until the last breath if we have to but we do not let them win tonight!

“But they’re so close!” I cried back in my head even as I leapt over a fallen tree, my paws hitting the ground so hard on the other side my legs nearly buckled. “We can’t fight three of them, we can’t outrun three of them forever, what if this is it, what if this is the way we die?”

Then we die running, my wolf snapped, furious and wild now, her voice shaking the way the earth was shaking under my paws. We die on our feet, Lyra, not in chains, not in their teeth, not screaming on the ground like prey, so run faster, faster, faster, until the moon itself can’t keep up with us!

And then it happened—one of them lunged, a dark blur out of the corner of my eye, and slammed into me so hard it felt like the whole forest turned upside down.

I hit the ground so fast and so hard my teeth clacked together, dirt flying into my mouth, my body twisting under me as pain tore straight through my ribs, and before I could even move, before I could even gasp, I was shifting back, my wolf ripping away into nothing as my body snapped back into human form because of course the universe wanted to make this worse by leaving me half—naked and shaking in the dirt like some pathetic prey animal waiting to be slaughtered.

“Get away from me!” And then he shifted.

The wolf. The one who had knocked me down. His body snapped and twisted until there was a man standing over me, tall and broad and furious, one of the men who had come out of the bushes and when he smiled it wasn’t right.

“So you’re Alpha Damon’s mate,” “Pretty little thing, aren’t you? Do you know what your Alpha did to me? To my family?” And he didn’t wait for me to answer, didn’t even look at me like a person because his eyes were full of years of hate.

“He killed my wife. My daughter. My son. He slaughtered them, do you hear me? Burned everything I loved to ash just because I betrayed him to another pack, and then he threw me out like trash, banished me like I was nothing. Like I hadn’t given my whole life to that pack before I made one mistake.

And then his eyes went darker.

“But guess what,” he said, leaning closer. “Your Alpha can’t save you. And I get to put every bit of pain he gave me right into you.”

“Get up, Lyra!” my wolf screamed inside my head. Get up right now, fight back, don’t you dare let him touch you again, get up before he kills us both!

I pushed myself up even though my arms were trembling, my vision swimming, my heart smashing itself to pieces, and he just smirked again, lowering his face toward mine like he thought I was bluffing.

“Say hi to your babies in hell,” he whispered. “No,” I spat right in his face. “It’s you that will say hi to your baby girl for me!”

And then I moved before he could even blink One hand locked on his leg and yanked it open so hard he stumbled, and the other with claws ripped his dick off cause apparently he was naked.

He went down instantly, clutching himself, blood pouring over my arms as I shoved him back, his eyes going wide with shock because he had no ideal could hit that hard, that fast.

“Do not mess with a pregnant Luna,” Just when I thought I won something hard slammed into the side of my head so fast as I fell to the ground. I hit the ground with my claws scraping uselessly into the dirt because I couldn’t catch myself. My vision went spinning. The trees turned upside down, my ears ringing so loud I couldn’t hear anything except my own heartbeat. Then I heard it. A feminine voice. Who was that? I don’t think I have heard that kind of voice. “Die, bitch.”

That was the last thing I heard before the darkness took everything.
