Bye-bye Trash! Hello Queen! novel Chapter 188

She had managed their home perfectly.

As for his mother, he knew it wasn’t Natalie’s fault. His mother had indeed been poisoned, but Natalie wasn’t the one who did it. The soup she had made for him contained herbs that were good for his stomach; she had even shown them to him.

He had stormed over to confront Natalie that day just to find an excuse to see her.

Now, Joanna was the prime suspect. But she was abroad, so how did she get the video?

And when Natalie was home alone, the maids never came over.

So who took my picture?

Sean entered the office. “Sir, Ms. Sanders is at Lanting Palace.”

Sebastian frowned at him. “Why didn’t you call her Mrs. Spencer?”

“Huh?”

Sean was taken aback. He was sure he’d answered this question before. Seeing the inscrutable expression on his boss’s face, he decided to tell the truth. “Sir, you were the one who told us not to call her that. You said you were worried it would upset Ms. Scott.”

A flash of anger crossed Sebastian’s face.

“Let’s go. From now on, you will address her as Mrs. Spencer. She’s my wife. Calling her Ms. Sanders is inappropriate,” he said, grabbing his phone and standing up.

Sean was speechless. “I want to hit him over the head. First, he tells me not to, and now he’s scolding me for it. Being an employee is tough.”

When they arrived at Lanting Palace, Natalie and Matthew were just leaving.

Matthew held the car door open, his hand protectively over the frame as Natalie got in.

The sight sent a jolt of fury through Sebastian. He flung his own door open and strode over, pulling Natalie’s door open again. “Natalie, get out,” he commanded, his voice cold.

Natalie looked up, surprised to see him. “What are you doing? Move. I’m going home to rest.”

She had been working intensely for the past few days and desperately needed a good night’s sleep.

Sebastian’s gaze was intense. “Get out. We haven’t finished our conversation. You want a divorce, don’t you? Then get out of the car.”

“Grandpa, don’t tell me you’re out clubbing?” she asked in disbelief.

“Hey, who says bars are only for you young people? Besides, I’m not that old! Now get over here!”

Natalie hung up, a look of exasperation on her face. She pointed across the street. “I have to go over there. My grandpa’s waiting for me.”

Without waiting for a reply, she started walking.

Sebastian followed her. “I’ll come and say hello to Grandpa too.”

Natalie rolled her eyes. What is wrong with him?

The moment she stepped inside, her grandfather spotted her. Completely ignoring Sebastian, he grabbed her hand and hurried her along.

“Natty, look! Grandpa handpicked ten male models for you. All at least six-foot-one, each with eight-pack abs. Aren’t they handsome? Is this enough to fill out your harem?”

Before he could finish, Natalie felt a chill run down her spine, making her scalp tingle.
