Bye-bye Trash! Hello Queen! novel Chapter 373

Natalie loved diving, especially when she was in a bad mood.

If Owen were home, he would always take her diving, catch groupers for her to steam, and grab big blue crabs to stir-fry with spices.

"Alright, I'll take you once this summer. When the spider conchs are in season, I'll take you to collect them. I love eating them."

Herbert grinned from ear to ear, nearly dancing with joy. "That's wonderful, Natalie! You have to make time to take me."

Natalie thought for a moment. "We could go on a weekend. The water isn't too cold right now."

"Can we go next week?" Herbert wished they could go today. Winter was coming, and it would be too cold.

Natalie shook her head. With his swimming skills, there was no way he could dive.

It would be too dangerous in the open sea.

She laughed in exasperation. "Herbert, spend your weekends at a pool and work on your swimming first. I'll take you diving some other time. Maybe next year. I'll take you to the island where I used to live. I know it well, and I know what kind of seafood is in season when."

Herbert was disappointed, realizing it probably wouldn't happen this year. He promised, "Natalie, I'll practice my swimming like crazy. Just wait for me."

Natalie smiled and told him to go see his cousin, who was recovering well.

After sorting things out, Natalie left the hospital.

Ian had followed Natalie, watching her arrange everything before she left the hospital and got into a waiting car.

Her ethereal voice still echoed in his mind.

He had never met a girl so beautiful and kind. Her every move captivated him.

He stood there until long after her car had disappeared, only turning back when a cold gust of wind snapped him out of his reverie.

He had only taken a few steps when his phone vibrated. He looked down and saw that Natalie had transferred money to him.

Natalie felt he was getting complacent. "Marshall, they failed to trap you this time, but they'll be back with a bigger scheme. It was only because Luna secretly recorded that video. Otherwise, you'd have had no way to clear your name."

"From the way she was with Mr. Wilson, it's highly likely they're in this together."

Mr. Wilson was also very ambitious.

Natalie was still worried; Marshall was too arrogant.

Hearing this, Marshall's laughter died.

It was true.

Natalie had been the one to find the evidence that saved him these past few times. Joanna's schemes were endless.

His tone grew serious. "Natalie, I'll be careful. It's late, you should get some rest. We'll talk tomorrow. I need to take my grandmother home first."
