Natalie whipped her head around and saw Sebastian.

He pulled her behind him and strode forward, swiftly taking down the other two men. His movements were fast, precise, and ruthless, leaving them no room to fight back.

Even Natalie was surprised. When did Sebastian learn to fight like that?

The three men lay on the ground, staring in terror at the powerfully built man looming over them. The look on his face was so dark he looked like a demon straight from hell.

It dawned on her then that she didn't really know Sebastian at all.

Sebastian pulled out his phone and dialed the police.

The three men were practically in tears. One of them sobbed, “Mister, I’m still in college! I can’t get a criminal record! Please, let us go! How will I find a job if this is on my record?”

Sebastian looked at him coldly. “If you knew you couldn’t afford a criminal record, you should have valued your clean slate. You deserve whatever you get.”

The man went silent.

He was done for. He curled up on the ground, wincing in pain, too afraid of Sebastian’s fists to say another word.

The man hit way too hard. They had been completely powerless against him.

Sebastian turned to Natalie. Her eyes were still red, and a pang of guilt hit him. He said sarcastically, “I thought you said we live in a civilized society, that there was no danger. Natalie, don’t you know a face like yours is dangerous?”

“If you’re going to look that seductive, you shouldn’t be out at night tempting people.”

Natalie’s eyes widened in disbelief. So, it was her fault for being beautiful?

“Thank you for earlier,” she said, too exhausted to argue.
