"Oh, Mr. Sinclair! You should've informed us that you were coming. I could've organized a welcome ceremony for you!" Gavin exclaimed, appearing out of nowhere.

The office had been in chaos moments ago, and he was nowhere to be seen. Yet now he appeared right on cue, hurrying up to Alexander with shameless flattery.

When everyone saw Gavin ingratiating himself, they guessed the newcomer's identity and stood up.

Lisa's eyes lit up the instant she saw Alexander. Her hands flew to her blouse to unfasten her buttons as her eyes fixed on him.

Out of everyone in the office, Isabella was the only one who wished the ground would open up and swallow her whole upon learning Alexander was the new general manager.

Three years had worn her down, leaving her a worn corporate veteran. On the other hand, he shone with the same blinding brilliance, as arrogant and untouchable as ever.

"Who are you?" Alexander asked indifferently, glaring at Gavin.

Gavin's expression stiffened before forcing a smile. "I'm Gavin Peck. We met yesterday, Mr. Sinclair."

"Oh." Alexander dismissed him without a second thought. As he walked forward, a thought struck him. He lifted his hand and ordered, "I haven't had breakfast yet. Somebody get it for me."

Lisa immediately rushed forward, eyes gleaming with anticipation as she was ready to volunteer, but his next words cut her short.

"How about you?" He pointed at Isabella.
