Gary's expression hardened. "Has the news already gotten out?"

His secretary nodded. "For some reason, the news spread very quickly. Some civilians have even learned that Mr. Larkin's company is partnering with the government on a research project. "The investigation and the resolution of the accident at your factory will take time. And we can't simply wait while the project moves forward."

Gary's face darkened.

Gary looked dumbfounded. "You have access to that technology too?"

Samson responded, "Yes. We've been running tests until recently, and now the production process is stable. Our main sales target is North Merinia. But with Mr. Larkin's problems, it seems it'll take him some time to sort things out.

"With all the public criticism, the government's plans and strategies will also be affected. I can allocate and provide most of our company's materials for this project. That way, there won't be any major delays in our military operations."
