“It’s nothing,” Jimmie said flatly, pulling his gaze away and following the director into a private room.

“Someone’s causing trouble,” an assistant replied respectfully. “It’s getting pretty rowdy out there. Maybe we should head out now.”

The girl was forced to hold the bottle, her body shaking like a leaf. She just shook her pale face, unable to do it.

“Hah.” Luella smirked at the girl’s reaction. “Pathetic.”

“Mr. Langley…” The girl crumpled to the floor, her face streaked with tears. “Is… is he going to be okay?”
