Chapter364
Bethany had been away from home for a long time.
This time, Cedric and Tabitha came, and Eliza just found out
that Krista was the adopted daughter of the two elders, so she
really was Terrence’s proper aunt.
Since that’s the case, and you still didn’t know to avoid it at all,
you really had no shame.
But Eliza was just a servant, so her words didn’t carry much
weight, and she didn’t dare say much.
Emery was also a fool, got really close to Krista, and almost
forgot his own mom.
Eliza felt sorry for Bethany just thinking about it.
There were only Terrence and Krista eating at home. Since
Cedric and Tabitha weren’t there, Krista finally got a chance to
get a little closer to Terrence.
Eliza couldn’t stand people fussing over Terrence’s injuries, so she went to do some cleaning nearby.
Cedric and Tabitha were having dinner with Jameson right

now.
Jameson saw his old friends and was really happy. The three of
them were chatting and laughing. Cedric and Tabitha felt a bit
awkward to get straight to the point since they hadn’t been back
for years, and it would’ve been rude to just bring it up right
away.
After dinner, Jameson invited them to the study for tea.
Bethany’s work was still hanging in the study. Jameson couldn’t
help praising Cedric and Tabitha.
“Your Terrence was lucky, found a good wife. Just look, so
talented, she cut the quilting even more real than a painting.”
Jameson pointed at the quilting hanging on the wall and
introduced it with a big smile.
Cedric said, “Yeah, he gave me one this time too. He’s really
talented.”
“That’s right, on my birthday banquet, she actually cut out the
Duarte’s manor. It looked even more real than that old photo
the Duarte family left behind. But I donated that painting to the
Duarte’s manor. I still have a photo of it, let me show you.”
Jameson took out his phone and pulled up the birthday gift
photo Bethany gave him that day.

Cedric and Tabitha got together to take a look, and they were
really kind of stunned. This one was even more complicated,
but it was still cut out so lifelike.
Jameson also said, “She was my granddaughter that I could
never forget. She really inherited her mother’s skills, and she’s
even better than her mom. I was thinking, since her mom was
gone, maybe our Kyson could marry her and take good care of
her. I really didn’t expect your Terrence to beat us to it and even
have a son with her. All I can do is envy you.”
Cedric and Tabitha looked a bit awkward.
