Fermin threw a badge onto the desk. "What's this supposed to mean?"

The badge belonged to the Illuminati. The sun on it symbolized light.

Andrew leaned back. "This is an Illuminati badge that was lost on the mountainside five years ago when you had a car accident. I retrieved and returned it to you. Shouldn't you be thanking me now?"

Fermin's eyes flickered as the implication of those words hung heavy in the air.
