Marion glared. "Don't make trouble for us."
Debra echoed, "You know the Illuminati's after you. You step out there and die."
"So what? I'm not afraid." Drake shrugged.
Debra's lip twitched at his defeatist vibe. "Marion, I wanna smack him."
"I got it," Marion said, raising a hand.
Kale burst in just in time, blocking him. "Mr. Lowe hasn't recovered yet."
Marion glared at him, but Kale stood his ground.
"It's alright." Debra stepped in. "Drake, you should stay put and heal. That will save us a lot of trouble."
"I..." Drake wanted to argue, but Marion's hand clapped on his shoulder, making him wince.
"Stay and heal," Marion repeated before leaving with Debra.
Drake rubbed his sore shoulder, and Kale advised him, "Boss, you indeed need to rest up."
"Lying here like a useless lump?" Drake huffed. "Can't do it."
