Sienna glanced down at her phone. “No need. They can’t cause any trouble. Have all the surveillance cameras in the area where Jocelyn lives been destroyed?”
“Yes, Miss Enna. No one will know where Jocelyn is,” Lana replied.
She stole a glance at Sienna in the backseat. She still didn’t know why Winifred wanted to kidnap Jocelyn, but with Miss Enna pulling the strings, they could handle anything–even if the sky fell.
Halfway down the road, a car suddenly shot out and blocked their path, forcing them to a screeching halt.
Lana’s hand went straight to her weapon, but Sienna stopped her with a look, her voice cool. “It’s someone we know.”
With that, Sienna fell silent and waited. The car door opened, and a man stepped out–it was Ethan.
He leaned close to the window. “Enna, can we talk? I’m begging you, give me a chance.”
Desperation etched into his face. Everything that had happened these past few days had him completely on edge. If this kept up, he was going to lose Nora.
Everyone knew Nora never listened to her own parents, but when it came to Sienna, Nora obeyed without question. Ethan had tried to see her, but every attempt ended with him being turned away.
This was his last resort–blocking Sienna’s car.
Sienna’s expression didn’t waver. Her tone was as calm as ever. “Ethan, this is between you and your wife. I have no right to interfere.”
“If Nora wants a divorce, nothing I say will change her mind.”
“Enna, I know I screwed up. I was a jerk, but I’ve changed. I want to fix things with Nora. We have a son, Enna. Come on, you wouldn’t want to see our family fall apart, would you?” Ethan pleaded.
It had only been a few days, but Ethan already looked like a wreck. The once high–and–mighty CEO was now reduced to groveling at the car window, practically begging.
Sienna opened her mouth to reply–but before she could speak, Ethan was suddenly sent sprawling to the ground by a swift kick.
Nora strode up, clad in a form–fitting purple–black dress, a fan in one hand.
“Enna, are you alright?” she snapped, her eyes blazing. “You damn bastard! How dare you mess with Enna? You must have a death wish! Forget the cooling–off period, we’re finalizing this divorce today.”
She shot Ethan a fierce, murderous glare.
“Nora, please,” Ethan choked, reaching out to her. “Let’s not get divorced. I’m begging you, don’t leave me or our son. I know I was wrong.”
His bloodshot eyes brimmed with desperation.

Nora let out a cold, scornful laugh. “Let me make this clear–I’m leaving you. And my son has nothing to do with you. If you want a kid so badly, find
someone else to have one with.”
She ground her heel into his shoe before sliding into the car and grabbing Sienna’s arm. Rolling her eyes, she rolled up the window and snapped, “Drive! Smash right through him!”
Chapter 108
“Nope. I’m not your emotional dumpster,” Jason shot back.
Ethan was at a loss for words.
Sheryl had just finished bragging to her mother about her latest scheme. She sprawled on the sofa, legs crossed, idly scrolling through her prione. Hart Corporation? They’re nothing. I could wipe them out without even trying,’ she thought, full of herself.
Winifred read the reply and smirked. Not surprised. She glanced down at Jocelyn, who was lying on the floor, unconscious and soaked in her own urine. Raising an eyebrow, Winifred grabbed her laptop and headed inside.
