Chapter 81 Arrangements
After the Sunny Group’s convoy departed, the black sedan that had been idling across from Eaton Kindergarten finally pulled away from the curb.

Inside the car. Eugene adjusted his position with an elegant shift, a subtle, amused smile touching his lips. Chloe and Robert’s final remarks had been quite entertaining.
Despite facing a wall of accusations, neither of them had backed down an inch. They had retaliated without a moment’s hesitation–their handling of Arthur was particularly sharp.
Considering Robert was only six years old and got a perfect score on Form C, Eugene wondered if the boy could even challenge higher–level exams. This mother–son pair never ceased to be full of surprises.
Eugene’s smirk deepened. It seemed Arthur, the esteemed CEO of Myers Group, had to admit–whether he liked it or not–that he had fathered quite an extraordinary child.
Meanwhile, Chloe and Robert, accompanied by a very attentive Keith, were given a comprehensive tour of the Sunny Group headquarters. Keith ensured every detail for Robert’s enrollment at Sunny Kindergarten was meticulously arranged.
School registration, personal tutors—everything was settled seamlessly. Several of the group’s most revered professors, having heard about Robert’s test results, were practically vying for the privilege of mentoring him.
As Chloe watched the scene play out, she could quickly tell that a chaotic time was going to become their usual routine.
Her phone vibrated. She glanced at the screen–Zachary was calling.
The moment she answered, Zachary’s triumphant voice chirped through. “So? How’s Sunny Kindergarten? Is Robert happy?”
“Did you really have to flaunt the middle school exam results?” Chloe kept her voice low. “Couldn’t you have been a little more discreet?”
“What? You think it isn’t discreet enough?” Zachary whined dramatically. “Come on, that’s the most basic level for Robert! Should I have announced his scores in the adult group instead?”
Chloe was rendered speechless.
Robert’s innate talent for mathematics was simply otherworldly. Numbers were his native language, and nothing related to computers or code ever posed a challenge to him.
So middle school was considered the “basic” level now?
She supposed that was just their reality.

At the hospital.
Jenarth underwent a full examination. Aside from the livid red handprint stark across his cheek, he was

“Jenarth, if you feel unwell anywhere, you must tell me. I’ll stay right here with you,” Jennifer said, clutching his hand, her eyes glistening with unshed tears.
“Jenarth,” Arthur began, “why did you claim that Robert put egg bits in your water cup?”
Both Jenarth and Jennifer stiffened at the question.
“Daddy Arthur, I just… I just…” Jenarth’s voice broke, and fat tears began rolling down his cheeks. “I just wanted Robert to play with me. I wanted to be his friend. I thought… if I had a bad reaction, he’d notice me and look after me… and then maybe we could finally be friends.”
Arthur’s brow furrowed, a concerned frown he couldn’t quite hide.
Jenarth was so young. Other than Jennifer, he’d never really had a family. And now, just to get Robert’s attention, he had resorted to such an extreme measure.
Any words of reprimand caught in Arthur’s throat.
“I’m sorry. I really messed up today.” Jenarth, seeing Arthur’s conflicted expression, hung his head. His voice trembled, tears swimming in his eyes. “If Robert wants to hit me again… I’ll let him.”
Jennifer immediately pulled Jenarth into a tight hug, soothing him. “It’s not your fault, sweetheart. You did it for me. This is all my fault–I should have been there for you more. I’m so sorry, my baby.”
“Mommy! I love you. You’re the person I love the most!” Jenarth choked out between sobs.
