Heiress Unmasked: Shaking the World With Geomancy novel Chapter 2343

"The so-called chance to live you gave the Alternates was nothing more than a set of rules designed to control them—rules that allowed them to plunder this world at the cost of their other selves.

"That's not coexistence; that's a game of elimination. It's just like the one you played back in the alternate world."

As Shannon spoke, she looked at the golden silhouette with a mix of pity and disdain, as though she were looking at something painfully stagnant.

Her contemptuous look struck deep and enraged the Alternate Divine Power.

The golden silhouette flared violently the next second, splitting into countless searing golden blades before slashing through the air toward Shannon.

This might be her domain, but with their domains connected, it gave her opponent an equal authority over the space. When two beings held equal control over a domain, it ceased to offer its usual advantage.

However, the Alternate Divine Power didn't strike to kill; it didn't need to. What it wanted instead was the remaining half of the Might of the Divine Power lingering within Shannon.

That half was left behind by its counterpart, the original Divine Power.

Once it seized that power, nothing in either world would be able to stop it.

In the end, Shannon was still just a Ten-Tailed Elythune. Even if she could commune with the Divine Power, she wouldn't be as adept at wielding its Might as it did.

It was confident, yet it saw Shannon's palm lit up once more with golden light.

The half of the Might she supposedly couldn't fully command now flowed effortlessly through her hands. With a single turn of her wrist, the golden light and the spiritual energy of the domain spun in harmony with her.

Before the Alternate Divine Power, the entire domain reformed at her will into a great sphere, glowing with condensed spiritual energy. A globe of spiritual energy surrounded them.

Outside of the sphere was nothing but thick, suffocating, hopeless darkness, one that he knew all too well.

Until then, the Alternate Divine Power finally realized the anomaly in Shannon.

The Alternate Divine Power instinctively resisted, yet for some reason, it had lost control over her domain at one point. No, more precisely, she had seized all control using half of its Might.

This wasn't the initial goal of bringing the Alternate Divine Power into her domain. She did so because the space was where their domains connected, the origin of everything.

This place wasn't just her domain; it was the birthplace of theirs both.

Now, she stood there as the bearer of other Divine Power to return this fractured, corrupted consciousness to where it truly belonged.

Ten divine seals struck heavily on the golden silhouette. Instead of shattering it, it encased and bound the Alternate Divine Power.

The golden silhouette was finally hurled from the mystic sphere she had created—cast out, not into nothingness, but into that endless black void beyond it.

From then on, it would be chained within the very void from which it had once emerged, the endless pit of catastrophe. Now, that void would become its eternal prison.
