Tessa reminded Jasmine, "Make sure to test for the formaldehyde levels in the apartment this time before you sign the lease. Don't fall for another trap like you did with your last place."

She looked at Molly and continued, "You too. Make sure to take note of this. Lucas' younger sister developed leukemia because they were living in an unsafe and shabby apartment. Lucas was just lucky to have avoided it himself."

Molly nodded. "Okay, I'll be sure to remember that."

She was still wearing a disappointed expression. She said to Jasmine, "I still don't agree with you moving in with your boyfriend this early in your relationship."

"You don't have to worry, Molly. In fact, Tessa has met my boyfriend! She even helped him out in the past. You can ask her yourself. Isn't Lucas a wonderful man, Tessa?"

Tessa nodded. "I do know him. When his sister was battling leukemia, I found a suitable bone marrow donor for her. I have to say that he truly is a good man. He's always striving to improve himself, and he's not afraid to work hard. He also treats everyone with genuine kindness."

"Introduce us to your boyfriend one day," Molly chimed in.

"Okay. Thank you, Tessa." Jasmine pulled the door open and slipped into the car. "I get to ride in Tessa's fancy car again," she said, letting out a giggle.

Wynn was the designated driver while Jasmine sat in the passenger seat next to her. Meanwhile, Tessa and Molly were in the backseat, with Tessa supporting Molly.

After dropping off both Jasmine and Molly, Tessa asked Wynn to drive her to her private villa. She had recently bought a two-story villa in an affluent area near Shelton Law Firm. Her new home was very close to her law firm, which made it incredibly convenient for her when she needed to commute to work.
