He proceeded to press his thumb under my eyes to take a better look, made me show him my tongue as if was some patient

Iscratched my head again, not being able to understand any of it,

That made me nod a bit too vigorously, and I went to sit on the stool.

Killian meanwhile grabbed a mug and asked me to place my foot on his knee.

“Look how badly hurt you are. And all you can think of is taking my clothes off.”

He said, and I saw the hint of a smirk appear on his face.

That made him look oh so appealing. I licked my lips in anticipation as he began cleaning my wounds.

Rivulets of dirt and blood began flowing down my foot and his leg but he kept patiently cleaning all the mess.

And I couldn’t help but admire him.

His head was bent a little, and his hair was askew. They smelled of pine and woods, just like the forest I had been in.
