Amelia was so tired that she didn’t have the energy to think about it anymore. After taking a bath, she went back to her room.
She slept until the afternoon of the next day. It was nearly three o’clock, and her drowsiness symptoms seemed to be getting more serious.
She knew late–stage patients would face worsening conditions, so she didn’t worry much about it.
Now, for her, she had to hold on as long as possible.
People would die sooner or later, so there was nothing to be sad about.
She went to the kitchen and made a simple dinner, a bowl of millet porridge and some vegetables, enough for her to eat.
As she ate the porridge, she answered the video call from Eva.
They had already arrived in Malaysia and were playing by the
sea.
The sky was much bluer than in A city, and the seawater was clear to the bottom.
Eva was wearing a long Bosa–style dress. She stepped onto the beach with a bright smile.
Seeing her glowing face, Amelia knew she was living a good life, so she couldn’t help but be happy.
“Amelia, the scenery here is so beautiful. I’ll bring you here next time!” Eva said.
“Okay.”
Amelia responded sweetly. After chatting for a while about the delicacies of Malaysia, Daniel called for Eva to take a boat.
After reminding them to be careful, Amelia hung up the video call.
Just as she was about to put down her phone and focus on eating porridge, Mr. Shawn sent her a Whatsapp message.
“Nightshade, presidential suite, come and see me.”
He had taken her nude photos!
Moreover, the angle at which he took the photos was strange, as if she had taken the initiative!
Just as she was about to die from anger, the man sent her another message.
“Come here. Otherwise, I can’t guarantee where this photo will appear!”
He was using her naked pictures to threaten her. How could this man be even more despicable than Kevin?
Amelia gritted her teeth and took a screenshot of all the
messages he had sent. She planned to hand them over to the police tomorrow.
However, the man seemed to know what she was thinking and sent her a text message.
