They were probably in this Creator realm.

He decided not to save energy for advancing his time acceleration and went all out, recreating ten thousand laws. In just a few seconds, he felt divine power begin to collect within him as law after law was created and advanced automatically to completion.

This process continued for a few minutes before finally coming to an end.
