By the time Sebastian returned to the lounge, it was already 7:00 pm. Once his eyes got used to the dim lighting, he walked over and checked on Selena's IV drip.

Then, he turned to look at Valeria who was sleeping at the desk.

When Sebastian took his coat from the rack and draped it over Valeria, she woke up. Rubbing her drowsy eyes, she asked, "Are you done with work?"

"Yes," he answered.

Valeria had just woken up from her nap. Since she felt a little chilly, she grasped onto the sleeves of his coat and looked at him.

Sebastian's features looked a little blurred.

But at that moment, a flash of lightning tore through the night sky.

Light instantly flooded the room, illuminating Sebastian's handsome face, as well as Valeria's slightly parted lips and dazed eyes.

As the heavy rain poured down, raindrops drummed against the window. It was almost as if the sound of the raindrops could cover the sounds coming from inside the room.

Sebastian looked at her with a burning gaze.

Everything happened instantly.

The sound of rain was mixed with their ragged breathing and their tongues entangled passionately.

In front of the window, Sebastian wrapped an arm around Valeria's waist, causing her to subconsciously press her hand against the window for support.

He turned her over and pushed aside the black coat that was getting in his way.

Suddenly, Valeria heard the sound of someone breathing in the room—it was Selena. Valeria suppressed her trembling voice and stammered, "Don't do it here."

Sebastian carried Valeria to the bathroom. Then, he proceeded to kiss and bite her cheeks and lips.

Grabbing her hand, he guided her hand into his trouser pockets and released her hand. With a hoarse voice, he instructed, "Take it out."

Feeling the touch of a box with hard edges, Valeria knew what it was and her cheeks immediately turned red.

Then, she lowered her eyes and avoided his gaze.
