Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 918

"Boss, let's just kill her!"

The subordinate who had been guarding the door burst in, pulling his gun to silence her for good.

But before he could even aim it at Larissa, the gun was torn from his grasp and clattered to the floor.

A shadow snake, appearing from nowhere, coiled around the fallen handgun and slithered over to Larissa, presenting it to her.

Larissa picked up the gun and aimed it squarely at Jedidiah. The subordinate, his face pale with terror, tried to lunge forward to protect his boss, but his entire body went numb, and he collapsed to the ground in a heap.

"Bang!" Larissa said, playfully tilting the gun, providing her own sound effect.

Jedidiah glanced at his fallen loyalist but said nothing.

Larissa twirled the gun around her finger and smiled. "Before you came here, didn't you learn about my methods from Lucius? Did you really think you could just walk in here with one little follower and face me?"

She then answered her own question. "Oh, that's right. You've already arranged for backup, haven't you? If anything goes wrong for you tonight, your men will launch an armed assault."

Jedidiah was stunned that she knew his entire plan. His usually calm expression was now tinged with anxiety.

Seeing he was still silent, Larissa continued, "Let me tell you something. I'm counting on your armed assault. After all, that's the only way to get irrefutable proof of your abuse of power and your intent to destroy Spire Village."

Jedidiah's composure finally shattered. "Larissa," he snarled, "you don't have any evidence, do you? This was all just a trap to lure me here."

She paused for effect. "Have you ever heard of a private, global organization composed of the world's greatest talents?"

Jedidiah froze, then his eyes filled with disbelief. "You're a member of the organization?!"

At that moment, Jedidiah slumped onto the wooden stool, utterly defeated.

Larissa tied up Jedidiah and his subordinate, leaving them in her cottage.
