Life After Prison by Silencieux novel Chapter 2039

Uzair, Sian, and Tobias reached the middle of the mountain together. Suddenly, a green-colored mists appeared around them. It gave them a feeling that they were facing a mountain because of the enormous power it was exuding to stop them from going forward. It was so terrible that it made them feel like the spiritual energy in them became stagnant.

Originally, they were flying in mid-air. Once they entered the mist, they started falling down like a bird with broken wings.

The surging pressure emanated from the green-colored mist suppressed them so badly that they had to hike to the top on foot.

Severin who was one step slower than them had also reached where the green-colored mist was. Immediately, he sensed something was off.

"There's something odd about this green-colored mist!" He entered into the mist with his tensed-up body and became alert. The green-colored mist did not block the divine sense but it affected a person's body by making the person feel like his body weighed as heavy as a mountain. Any movement became incredibly hard while he was in the mist.

The closer they got to the top, the pressure became stronger. Even when Severin was now a complete-stage level seven supreme saint, he had to give up flying and hiking on foot. This mountain was merely a few hundred feet at its tallest. Normally, it would just take one breath for a royal saint to fly to the peak so it was just a piece of cake for a supreme saint.

However, Severin and the others felt there was an invisible power crushing down their body when they were in the mist.

Seeing it, Severin's expression changed slightly. 'It looks like the restriction in this place has not completely dissipated yet,' he thought.

Seeing how Uzair was getting closer to the top, Tobias and Sian exchanged looks with each other and also exerted their full strength.

At that instant, two auras of level eight supreme saint sprung out like a tornado, blew up the sand and dush on the mountain, and stirred up a thick fog into the sky.

In the thick fog, Tobias' body was full of power and incomparably hot. After that, he felt the pressure from the forbidden area became lesser. Without wasting any time, he shortened the gap between him and Uzair. In the end, he was just two to three feet away from Uzair.

On the other hand, Sian raised his hand and waved into the air. By using his spiritual energy, he formed a green-colored protective shield in front of his body.
