There was no denying that royal celestials would covet the Four Elements Divine Tree, as it was capable of producing immortal weapons imbued with the laws of heaven, earth, wind, thunder, water, and fire. It was rumored that when the four-element formation was combined with the four immortal weapons, the resulting power was extremely powerful.
Severin did not expect to be so lucky that he would stumble upon fragments of the Four Elements Divine Tree on the edge of the eastern sea. Though it was only a small branch, it was still incredibly precious. Overjoyed, he ascended to the sky above the island and reached out to claim the green dragon-shaped branch.
Primordial spiritual roots possess a remarkably strong survivability. Unless completely destroyed from existence, gathering the fragments and imparting the source would allow the spiritual roots to reemerge in the world. Severin felt uplifted after unexpectedly acquiring the fragments of the Four Elements Divine Tree. He extended his spiritual consciousness and continued to scour the vast eastern sea in search of other celestial islands.
At the same time, he sent covert messages to the true immortals from his Longevity Alliance, urging them to seize the opportunity albeit cautiously. Seven individuals, including Amethyst and Adrian, galloped in different directions to search for potential treasure.
Glancing at the dissipating gray restriction at the sea behind him, Severin's figure vanished instantly as the laws of space shimmered around him. After a while, he traversed the vast horizon and noticed thousands of miles of purple mist appearing in the southeast. In the midst of the thick purple mist, Severin vaguely sensed a majestic and vigorous vitality.
"It's probably another spiritual root fragment!" he exclaimed to himself before swiftly flying toward the island where the strange phenomenon was coming from.
Over that unnamed island, Severin had just prepared to collect the fragments when suddenly he noticed a feminine-looking young man emerging from the void. The young man's aura surged wildly, far surpassing that of a true immortal. Severin instantly raised his guard.
"He's a quasi-royal celestial!" Severin instantly deduced. Royal celestials were powerhouses who mastered the great path, thus allowing them to suppress heaven and earth in addition to making all things surrender. As much as such individuals attempted to contain their aura, they would hardly be able to fully keep their powers in control.
The young man standing before Severin was clearly not at that level yet. Before Severin could react, a rainbow light struck him, a multi-colored light struck down and a yell echoed in his ears.
