Back within the territory of the Grandiuno Sacred Land in Midland, Bleurealm, Adrian—the deputy leader of the Longevity Alliance—saw off the guests one by one and laughed heartily as he looked at the sky.
"Who would've thought that Severin would gain so much fame as soon as he entered the Celestial Realm? Even top powers such as the Clear Wind Sect and the Heaven Palace had sent emissaries to present gifts to him."
Carson and others were grinning from ear to ear, evidently feeling a sense of pride. Amethyst, too, was somewhat lost in thought as he gazed in the direction where Amin and the others had disappeared to.
The Longevity Alliance's reputation had taken a strong foothold in the Celestial Realm, and Severin's name was already being mentioned in the same breath as the ten strongest quasi-royal celestial prodigies on the True Dragon Board.
However, what Amethyst found incomprehensible was why such powerful entities as the Clear Wind Sect and the Heaven Palace would personally seek to establish connections with Severin. He even had a niggling suspicion that those factions were trying to forge an alliance with them.
As far as he knew, both the Clear Wind Sect and the Heaven Palace were overseen by royal celestials. They would hardly give a perfect-stage true immortal the time of day, let alone offer valuable treasures! Yet that seemed to be exactly what they were doing.
Several of them had already seen some of the treasures bestowed by those factions. Although they had no knowledge on the uses of the Dew of Destiny and the Eighturn Golden Pill, the resplendent glow of law and the rich fragrance was something that could not have been faked.
No amount of contemplation could allow him to fathom the reason behind those actions, so he simply shook his head and remarked, "These considerations ought to be for the alliance leader to make."
Amidst the baptism, several pills seemed to have shed away their former form and began to radiate with radiant light. The principles were embodied in them, giving them a light blue colour. Severin reached out to retrieve the pills that survived the tribulation and examined them closely with satisfaction.
"Excellent! These pills are much more effective than the ones I refined with the celestial peaches! Though I guess that should have been expected following the addition of several more ingredients."
Severin believed that those pills would be the key for Diane and the others to make a breakthrough and attain immortality. It would go a long way in bolstering the Longevity Alliance's strength. He packed the pills safely and immediately exited the room.
