Zhan Yue handed her disposable gloves, then put them on himself. He picked up a petal-shaped pastry and offered it to Zeng Xiaoya. “Try it

“I made quite a few kinds, including children’s. When the little ones wake up later, I’ll give them some.” 

At home, they have a habit of afternoon tea. Sometimes the pastries are made by the family pastry chef, and sometimes they make them themselves. 

“They only know how to make dumplings and wontons, nothing like what you’ve done. Grandma Zhan is truly amazing, raising you all to be so elegant and capable in the kitchen. No wonder so many girls want to marry into the York Family.” 

Zeng Xiaoya thought to herself, the more she learned about Zhan Yue and the York Family, the more she wanted to marry into the family herself.
