Zachary smiled. "Alright."

As she hummed a little tune while heading upstairs, her gaze softened with a tenderness that seemed out of place at that moment. Their current relationship was already tinged with a hint of something more, something unspoken. But there was no rush.

Roxanne was here with him now. He had waited for years, and he was ready to wait just a little longer.

In Valoria, Cayden felt on edge every time he called or reported to Sebastian. His body would go tense with anxiety. It was as if Sebastian might snap at any second and tear him apart. It was terrifying.

Everyone had felt the change in Sebastian lately, his sharp, brooding presence. It was a warning to stay away.

On the top floor of AE Tower, Cayden stood in Sebastian's office and nervously presented the results of his investigation.

Sebastian sat casually on the luxurious couch, his tall frame reclining. He had an indifferent look on his face as his long fingers casually tapped against the armrest. His expression remained cold and unreadable.

"So, what you're saying is… you still haven't found her?" Sebastian's tone was calm, but there was an underlying sharpness to it.

Cayden's forehead was drenched in cold sweat. The pressure was unbearable as if it might crush him. He was in serious trouble.

There were four exchange students from Valoria College, all of whom had special tickets that led directly to Arland. The other two students arrived at their designated institution, but Roxanne and Zachary had taken a different route.
