Night Rider MC novel Chapter 23

I sat and looked around the property. It has 25 acres. If I had known it belonged to Star I would never have bought it. I looked over at her grandparents graves.

Her family sure put her through hell. I will make sure the graves are taken care of. I know that was the last straw. I didn't think that woman had it her, but she sure shocked me.

To see this 5 foot 2 inch woman beat the shit out of 7 foot, 6 inch man that weighed 300 pounds was funny. When I heard her say she can't build her house here now I was shocked.

This is the place she comes to when she needs peace. I got on my bike and road back to the club. When I walked in I was shocked to see her drinking. I watched as she grabbed a six pack and walk out the back door.

I walked over to the fire ring and sat my beer near a chair. I threw wood into the ring and lit it. I sat down, put my foot onto another one and opened a beer.

I also lit another joint and stared at the fire. I thought about buying a house know that I had more money. Not that I don't have enough. I have $500,00 in the bank.

How could Ace hurt me like that. He took my grandparents away from me. He took my safe place. I will never forgive him for that. I watched as members started walking out toward the fire.

I turned my head back to the fire drinking my beer. I watched Grace pull up a chair and set next to me.

"Star, I'm sorry that Ace sold your land to Black Eagle."

"Not your fault."

I will never forgive Ace. He needs to stay away from me. The next time I just might kill him. Grace this is why I don't trust men. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. I can live with that. I hope that Savage treats you better. Star, Savage asked me on a date.

I looked over at her. Grace, go have fun and fuck his brains out. I stood up and threw my bottles in the trash. I turned and walked toward the cabin.

I finished moving furniture around where I wanted it. I then walked into the bedroom and put the bed togeather. And the matrasses on it before making it. After that was finished I walked into the kitchen.

I than put everything in the kitchen away. Everything was finished to I made a sandwich added chips and grabbed a beer from the refrigerator.

I sat down on the couch and turned the TV on. After eating I turned the TV off and the lights before walking to bedroom and going to bed.

I slept until noon. I got up made coffee and breakfast looking out the window. I did the dishes then walked over than lay on the couch and watched a movie.

I heard my phone ring. I looked at it and noticed it was Gunner. I hit the decline button. It rang again. This time is was Ripper. I than hit the decline button and deleted him.

I was finished with everyone at that club. I want nothing to do with them. I deleted all their phone numbers. They treated me like shit.

I stood up and walked out the door. After locking it I put the key around my neck. I walked off the porch and over to the clubhouse.

When I walked in I heard one of the whores say.

"Here she comes, she thinks her shit doesn't stink."

I walked over and punched her. I looked at her as she hit the ground.

"You broke my nose."

"So, I did."

"Talk about me again. Why don't you"

"I will do more than break your nose."

I walked over and sat down next to Grace. Grace was laughing. Savage, Hunter, and Black Eagle walked over and sat down looking at Grace as if she lost her mind.

"Well, since I am no longer welcome at Hunters clubhouse I need a place to live."

"What are you talking about?"

"you will find out when you go to the club."

"Figured that meant I had to move out of the cabin."

"I like what I see out her. Show me the inside."

"How much?"

"100,000."

"I will take it. Let's go to the bank and I will get you the money for you. Cash. "

We rode to town and I went to the bank and got the money out and I meant her at her office.

I walked into the office, signed the paperwork and she told me the deed would be mailed to me. Then she handed me the keys.

"Thanks I said walking out the door."

I called a movie company and they are meeting me at the cabin. I arrived at the cabin and the truck drove in soon after I arrive. They had it loaded in less then an hour. I told them the address to go to.

They had room for my bike so they loaded it in the truck. I got in my car and drove out onto the road. They moving truck followed behind me.
