Ann noticed that York's attention had clearly drifted.

She stood up, grabbed his arm, and cried a river of tears. "York, I'm so scared. What are we going to do?"

York snapped back to the present and discreetly pulled his arm away. "Don't worry. As long as I'm here, you and your son will always have a place in Capital City."

After comforting Ann for a little while longer, York left in a hurry.

He knew it. Claudia had no real intention of divorcing him.
