No longer a pushover (Noelle and Cedric) novel Chapter 320

Zachary told Noelle yesterday that she shouldn't casually engage in fights after she became stronger. She needed to follow the principles of martial arts and only act when provoked.

Unfortunately, the heirs weren't brave enough to make the first move.

Justin was furious and determined to teach Noelle a lesson. But he couldn't tell his family about this, as his mother would probably disapprove of Xenia's background. The only person he could turn to was his cousin, Alfred.

He called Alfred. "Alfred, I need you to help me with something."

"What trouble have you caused now?"

"It's not me. It's my girlfriend who's in a bit of trouble."

"You have so many girlfriends. How do you remember which one?"

Justin was a little embarrassed. "I'm serious with this one. I met her while studying in Aldoria, and she's now at Yole University's business school."

Alfred raised an eyebrow. He thought, "It's not that bitch, is it?"

"Alfred, she's received a demand letter. It looks like a company called Maple Enterprise is suing her. Do you know any good lawyers? Can you ask them to warn the lawyer from Maple Enterprise not to take the case?"

Alfred was so angry he started laughing. "You're nothing but a loafer with zero skills, and now you think you can talk tough?"

"Alfred, I'm really asking you for a favor."

"A favor? Of course, I'll help."

"Thanks, Alfred."

Justin hung up the phone, feeling satisfied.

Alfred stared at his phone, almost swearing in frustration. "That bitch is malicious. Justin's completely mesmerized by her, and he's even stepping in to defend her?"

Did she want Justin to help find a lawyer? She was seriously toxic. He immediately called Cedric to tell him about this.

Cedric's tone grew colder. "Does Justin want to get himself killed?"

After finishing her training, Noelle lay on the floor to rest. She instinctively glanced around, feeling as if Cedric might appear at any moment. However, he didn't show up today.

It made sense. After all, Cedric personally came yesterday to prove that he was right.

After taking a shower, she grabbed her gym bag and leisurely headed back to school. But when she reached her dorm door, she saw someone familiar standing there—it was someone she really didn't want to see.

How annoying. Why wouldn't the Liddells stop haunting her?

Frank spoke in a tone of ingratiation. "Nelly."

"We're not close. Don't call me that."

Noelle walked straight toward her dorm, but he stepped forward and grabbed her wrist. She yanked her hand free. "Let go!"

He was pushed back and almost fell over. Noelle glanced at her hand; she hadn't even used much force.

James rushed out. "Mr. Liddell is seriously ill, Ms. Liddell. He..."
