Noelle was getting more extreme by the day.
Xenia sighed. "Blake, it was all my fault. Noelle doesn't like me."
"It's not your fault."
"However, Noelle's about to sign a contract severing her relationship with the Liddells. Frank and Lucas feel bad for her, especially Frank. He doesn't even like me anymore. They think that my presence in the Liddell family frustrated her enough to leave home."
Blake felt bad for her. "Don't blame Frank for this. He's always pampered Noelle. Don't worry. With me here, I won't allow you to get hurt."
"I'll listen tot whatever you say, Blake."
She nodded obediently and said, "Blake, I'd like to develop my career and try out in the entertainment industry. After all, I'm an adult. I shouldn't laze around the house. I would like to make money and earn my own keep."
"Alright. I'll arrange it for you and make you into the next biggest celebrity."
"Really? I've got a friend, her name is Samatha. She really likes your shows. Could you give her a signature and take a picture with her?"
"Of course. I'll do it for you."
"In that case, let's head over. Are you going to continue trying to talk Noelle out of this?"
Blake's expression turned even colder. "No need for that."
Giving her the silent treatment for a while after making a mistake would make her realize her mistakes.
He would leave her alone and teach her a lesson.
…
Noelle went to the buffet area and snacked on some food.
Michael approached her and said, "Are you alright? Why are all your brothers like that? You're their biological sister?"
Michael was getting pissed as he watched on from the sidelines.
"Our company can help as well. Here's my card. We'll talk about it soon."
Noelle sighed in relief. It looked like sponsorship problem had been solved.
"You should reconsider whether you want to sponsor Team Yole. They don't even want sponsorship from the Merlocks, let alone the rest of you."
Samantha sashayed out in a luxury dress with Xenia and Blake flanking her. Xenia watched on from the sidelines. She would not allow Noelle to achieve her dreams.
Noelle's expression turned cold. "Samantha, would you like me to tell everyone about the money laundering businesses of the Merlocks so everyone can learn from your experience?"
Noelle told everyone about their money laundering scandal. Since Samantha wanted to cause trouble with her, Noelle wouldn't hold back.
Blake roared, "Careful with what you're saying! Are the Merlocks people you can afford to piss off? Apologize to Ms. Merlock, you hear me?"
Noelle smirked. "Who are you to tell me that?"
Blake raised his voice and said, "Noelle, don't force me to hit you and teach you a lesson. Apologize!"
