I watched his back, feeling completely confused. Would I really regret it?

Gabrielle paused for a moment before saying, “We didn’t fall out at the very start. I was genuinely happy for you when you got married, but then you changed. You argued with Jonathan all the time, I tried to advise you a few times, but Jonathan overheard and got upset. That’s when we slowly difted apart.”
