After swallowing the antidote, Aimee felt the itching ease significantly. As she listened to Juelz’s words, she grasped his hidden meaning. A malicious smirk spread beneath the bandages covering her face. ‘That bitch, Aimee thought viciously. ‘No matter how tough she acts, she’ll soon be in my hands.‘

Skylar tensed her arms, ready to strike at any moment. One of the attackers lunged for her mask while others moved to grab her. Working in coordinated fashion, the group was determined to overpower her.

Skylar was far from defenseless. Skillfully evading their attacks, she closed in on them, retrieving silver acupuncture needles from her sleeve to strike precise points on their bodies. The men cried out in pain before collapsing in heaps on the ground.

The crowd erupted in excitement. “Wow, what just happened?” someone shouted.

“How could they all fall like that?”

“She’s concealing her identity and possesses such skills? That’s suspicious.” Seeing this, everyone became even more convinced that Rhys was telling the truth.

Skylar said, “Talking but getting physical, especially with so many of you ganging up on me? Don’t you think that’s unfair?” She had come to the medical conference hoping to learn from the top experts, but instead, she found everyone engaged in power struggles. Feeling completely disillusioned, she reflected on her

situation.

They had already identified Skylar as a dangerous suspect–some were calling the police, while others were summoning security. The rest formed a crowd around the glass balcony doors, intent on blocking any possible escape route for her.

Skylar stood her ground; she had no intention of fleeing. ‘If I don’t resolve this today, I’ll never be able to move on,‘ she thought determinedly.

Meanwhile, a small group has gone to fetch the organizers and Yosef, hoping they will come promptly to

address the situation.

Annoyed by the noise from downstairs, Yosef went upstairs to request a list of attendees from the organizers, hoping to find any promising new talents in cardiology from recent years. Although Skylar was already attending to Adam, Yosef still wanted to consult additional doctors and combine their expertise to help Adam recover more quickly.

Just then, Yosef flipped Sue’s dossier. Noticing the blank photo, he pursed his lips. ‘Remarkable medical skills,‘ Yosef thought, ‘but what a shame–no one knows what they actually look like, or even their real name.‘

Just as Yosef was deep in thought, the event organizer burst in, panting with panic. “Mr. Campbell, something awful has happened downstairs!”

The organizer wiped his sweat anxiously and said, “Mr. Campbell, please come downstairs with me, l’Il explain everything along the way.”

Yosef got up and followed him downstairs. The organizer quickly summarized the situation: “It’s chaotic down there–it could turn ugly at any moment. We thought you should come down and help us figure out
