Tang Yue didn’t know what followed, as Mo Siyu took her out for some lobsters.
A table full of seafood had Tang Yue’s eyes spinning; she couldn’t help but say, "Can we really finish all of this?"
"If we can’t finish it, we can take it back home for Xiao Yu and Tiantian," Mo Siyu said, and after washing his hands, he began peeling lobster for Tang Yue.
Tang Yue quietly set aside half for Mo Xiaoyu; she loved lobsters the most. And with someone else peeling shrimp by her side, Tang Yue enjoyed the seafood meal immensely.
Previously, because of Xie Quan, she felt upset, which reminded her of that scumbag Wu Xinming. Now, seeing Xie Quan’s downfall made her feel exceedingly refreshed.
On the way home, Tang Yue even hummed a tune, carrying seafood for Mo Xiaoyu and Tiantian, all the way back to the rented house.
In an afternoon, Mo Xiaoyu had tidied the house up so cleanly, it was a far cry from the cluttered mess it was before.
"Sister Xiaoyu, you’re amazing," Tang Yue complimented as she handed over the seafood and said, "Si Yu and I went out for seafood, and we brought some back for you as well. Try it, there’s lobster and clams."
"There are spicy ones, and some not so spicy," Tang Yue opened the bag.
Xie Tiantian, attracted by the fragrance, came running out. Seeing the lobsters, she reached out to grab one, and said, "Aunt Tang, I love, love, love shrimp the most."
"Be careful," Tang Yue cautioned, as the lobster shells were hard and she feared they might be difficult to peel.
Mo Siyu took the lobster over and didn’t let Tang Yue do it.
Tang Yue simply sat back and let Mo Siyu peel the shrimp for the little girl.
Mo Xiaoyu laughed and said, "Xiao Yue, you guys just spoil her. Don’t be fooled by her size; she can really pack away the shrimp."
Sea City, being by the sea, usually required consuming a lot of seafood.
Xie Tiantian could be said to have grown up eating it.
"Mama, mean," Xie Tiantian accused with a mouthful of shrimp, pouting at Mo Xiaoyu for not letting her have more.
’Pfft—’
Tang Yue couldn’t help but laugh. Xie Tiantian’s chubby cheeks puffed out, making a face as if ’Mo Xiaoyu won’t let her eat lobster.’ Her round eyes were especially adorable, bringing joy to anyone who saw her.
Mo Siyu silently took the shrimp away.
Xie Tiantian looked pitifully at Mo Siyu, and constrained by her imposing aura, she dared not say another word. She could only sulk, looking pitifully towards Tang Yue.
"Cough~" Tang Yue cleared her throat and said, "Tiantian, do you really think your mom is mean?"
Xie Tiantian didn’t say a word.
Tang Yue asked again, "You are still young, and eating too much at once isn’t good for your health."
"Tiantian, shouldn’t you apologize to Mama?" Tang Yue softly coaxed.
Xie Tiantian pouted, stole a glance at Mo Xiaoyu, and then awkwardly walked up to her, whispering an apology.
"Tiantian, Mama isn’t upset with you." Mo Xiaoyu hugged Xie Tiantian tightly, looking at her daughter’s soft and sticky demeanor. Mo Xiaoyu was too heartbroken to even think about blaming her.

After Xie Quan got the divorce certificate, he held two divorce certificates in his hand. Back at the factory, those creditors hadn’t left yet; some workers even started smashing machinery, or took away the shoes from his inventory.
His home was gone, and even the career he prided himself on was no more.
Xie Quan, dizzy from drinking, felt waves of regret crashing over him. Unwilling to accept the situation either way, he drunkenly went to look for Mo Xiaoyu.
At night, the banging of Xie Quan’s knocks was loud.
"Shut up." When the neighbor saw it was Xie Quan, he jeered a few words: "They moved away a long time ago. You’re too late."
"It can’t be. Where could Xiaoyu take Tiantian?" Xie Quan asked anxiously, "Do you know where Xiaoyu has moved to?"
"Why do you care where they moved to?" The person scoffed, "Weren’t you going to marry that woman? Why are you here reeking of alcohol?"
"I..." Xie Quan opened his mouth but didn’t know what to say.
That’s right, because of the mess with Wan Wei, things had become so strained, so what face did he have to look for Xiaoyu now?
But now, he had nothing left but Xiaoyu.
A determined air bottled up inside Xie Quan, making his desire to find Mo Xiaoyu grow more urgent. Xie Quan slept outside the tube-shaped apartment block for one night and then went to wait at Xie Tiantian’s kindergarten when dawn broke.
Mo Xiaoyu moved in such a hurry, it was impossible for her to have also changed Tiantian’s kindergarten right away.
Indeed, Xie Tiantian came to school, but it was Tang Yue who brought her.
Xie Quan didn’t reveal himself immediately, thinking about following them after school to find out where they lived. He hadn’t seen his daughter for a few days and suddenly realized how beautiful his daughter was. She had grown so much from the tiny child she used to be.
Xie Quan wished he could slap himself; he had indeed been blinded by folly.
