"Qingqing, with so many delicious places to eat, I definitely have to go." Xie Ziyue said with a light smile, fully understanding Lian Qingqing’s intention, but deliberately not putting it into words.
Lian Qingqing stood still, having said all she wanted to say. The little expressions on her face unabashedly revealed the thoughts she was too embarrassed to voice.
"Brother Ziyue, we are going to be apart soon. After returning to China, you’ll go to Jin City and I’ll go to Sea City. We won’t be able to meet often." Lian Qingqing murmured.
Xie Ziyue nodded.
"Brother Ziyue, you..."
Her words twisted on her tongue, then she spoke with a despondent tone, "I, I’m leaving tomorrow."
"I’m leaving today." Xie Ziyue’s words made Lian Qingqing lift her head in surprise and ask, "If I hadn’t come to see you, would you have not told me at all?"
Lian Qingqing looked pitifully sorrowful as she gazed at Xie Ziyue.
"I was just about to come find you."
Xie Ziyue stepped forward, raised his hand to gently wipe away her tears, and said, "Qingqing, be my girlfriend."
A moment ago, Lian Qingqing was feeling miserable, but the next moment, she felt as if she was soaring on a rocket, straight to heaven.
"We’ve known each other for quite some time. I know you like me, and I like you, too. Later on, let me come to Sea City to see you as your boyfriend, okay?" Xie Ziyue’s declaration was as clear as the day, but strung together, Lian Qingqing seemed not to understand.
Is Brother Ziyue confessing to me?
Previously, Xie Ziyue had been somewhat distant and cold for a while, so much so that Lian Qingqing thought he disliked her.
Unexpectedly, at this moment, Xie Ziyue suddenly made his confession.
"Qingqing, do you want to refuse me?" Xie Ziyue gently teased her by flicking her nose.
"No."
Lian Qingqing quickly shook her head and threw herself into his arms, saying, "Brother Ziyue, I want to be your girlfriend; I’ve dreamed of being your girlfriend."
Smiling sweetly, what does it feel like to be confessed to by the man you love?
Lian Qingqing will tell you—it’s heart-racing, mind-blanking, like stepping on clouds, soft and fluffy.

"Xiao Yue, you’re leaving in three days?" Qin Anyu’s voice couldn’t help but rise several pitches.
"Keep it down, don’t wake Xiao Jin."
Tang Yue reminded her. Watching Chu Huaijin sleep peacefully, she then said, "Sister An Yu, I’ve been back for so many days now, and Si Yu’s injuries have mostly healed. If we delay any longer, it’ll be hard to explain to my school."
"I really don’t want you to leave; we’ll be neighbors, and I can see the adorable little Jin every day." Tang Yue was now very interested in little Jin and Tuantuan.
Two adorable little babies, just like angels sent from heaven, growing cuter by the day.
"It’s okay, it’s just a few more months then you can come back," Qin Anyu consoled her, jokingly adding as she teasingly looked at Tang Yue, "Xiao Yue, this time back home, you even managed to sort out the factory’s issues." Qin Anyu was signaling fiercely with her eyes.
Three days flew by in a blink. During the day, Tang Yue was bustling between the two factories and at night, Meng Siyu would entangle her intimately, thankfully, Meng Siyu was considerate of Tang Yue, stopping at a certain time at night to let her rest.
Waking up.
Tang Yue nestled in Meng Siyu’s embrace, feeling his warmth and heartbeat which brought her comfort.
She wrapped her arms around Meng Siyu. Her flight to Country F was scheduled for this afternoon, and it would be months before they saw each other again.
She buried her head in his chest, her feelings of reluctance spreading through her chest.
"Wife, I’ll be waiting for you to come back in Jin City," Meng Siyu whispered a kiss, holding her, and rolling over to let her lie on top of him. He kissed her lips, his deep eyes flickering flames as he said, "Wife, I think it’s pretty nice with you on top."
Just as Tang Yue was feeling reluctant to leave, Meng Siyu suddenly changed the subject, making her both laugh and cry. Resting on her elbows, she bit his arm and said, "Can’t you think of something else? I think you don’t miss me, just that you’ll miss having someone to sleep with at night."
"Isn’t it only natural for me to want to sleep with my wife? If I didn’t want to, now that would be sick, wouldn’t it?" Meng Siyu responded confidently.
"Meng Siyu."
Tang Yue quickly raised her hand to cover Meng Siyu’s mouth, fearing he would say something... even more embarrassing.
"You really say everything. What if someone hears? Mr. Meng, do you not care about your reputation?" Tang Yue felt embarrassed for Meng Siyu, remembering how he seemed such a serious and reserved person before, with a sharp gaze that made people nervous.
Now, however.
The talk of sleeping with his wife had casually slipped out of Meng Siyu’s mouth.
