Sebastian pinned her wrists above her head. He ignored her struggles as he kissed her lips.

Kaitlyn was furious. She bit down hard on his lips.

"Why are you being so fierce?" Sebastian asked as he grabbed her chin.

Kaitlyn grinned smugly. "I'm not someone you can easily bully. You'd better let me go, or I swear I won't let you get away with this."

"Do you really think your threats matter to me? Even if you trained for another ten or 20 years, you still wouldn't be a match for me," Sebastian said with confidence.

"You bastard!" Kaitlyn cursed at him furiously.

Sebastian let go of her and said, "You may leave."

Kaitlyn was a bit surprised. She had thought that there was no way out, so she had mentally prepared for the worst. She never expected that he would simply let her go.

"What's the matter? You seem disappointed," Sebastian teased.

"You bastard!" Kaitlyn shouted, before storming off in a huff.

"What an interesting woman," Sebastian mused with a faint smile.

He had been in this world for quite some time now. Aside from Jenna and Alissa, only Kaitlyn had managed to stir his emotions.

He had to admit that he was developing feelings for her. His actions earlier had been impulsive and driven purely by instinct.
