Outside the ward, there were several high–level executives

from the Hicks Group, surrounded by Spencer.

Someone saw Adelaide first, “Ms. Pierce is here.”

Suddenly, Spencer turned around.

Adelaide ignored him, nodded slightly to the executives, and
