It was around midnight when everyone left the hall. People were chatting but didn’t forget to appear elegant as reporters were still roaming around and taking photos and videos to use.
Diamond didn’t allow her bad mood to affect others as she participated in the conversations as well.
As the six of them had agreed to meet, they agreed to the meeting place and left separately after that.
Seated inside the Phantom, Diamond, and Kisha were busy talking and laughing. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it made one feel very refreshed.
They all met at P’s house, the lady who was wearing the pink gown, and her house was in a more secure area than the rest of the gang.
P welcomed everyone warmly and provided some beverages, as they couldn’t just talk with parched throats.
When everyone sat down, all eyes were on Diamond and she knew that it was time to perform magic.
Diamond was no longer an amateur when it came to marketing her creams, so she diligently explained to the five in detail the dos and don’ts. They listened attentively as they took mental notes.
After answering all the questions that they had, an hour had already passed.
The five of them decided to get two bottles each since Diamond had lied that only ten bottles were remaining.
They transferred the money to her account, and Diamond promised to give the order to Kisha. So, the four would be getting their order from her.
They also exchanged contact details, as they had clicked very well.
Diamond also wanted to see where that would go so, she readily exchanged her number.
After solving everything, Diamond brought Kisha to Ace Hotel, where she gave her ten bottles before letting the chauffeur send her back to her hotel.
Kisha had a lot of questions regarding Diamond after seeing the suite she was staying in, but she knew that their relationship wasn’t that close to asking such personal questions.
By the time Diamond went to sleep, it was around three in the morning and she had a dreamless night.
Diamond woke up the next day with her phone ringing. She felt irritated as she forced her eyes to open.
"Andrea, who the heck is calling me so early?" Andrea asked angrily, as her eyes opened into slits.
[Firstly, it’s not morning at all but afternoon. And it’s Kian calling.]
Upon hearing the response from Andrea, Diamond’s sleepiness completely vanished.
’Where did he inherit such a rude side?’ she couldn’t help but complain inwardly, upset at how Andrea had talked to her despite knowing that’s how Andrea was.
[Should I answer?]
What more should she say when he was asking her like that?
"Umm, answer it!" Diamond responded.
Shortly, the call was connected.
[Hello, my lady!]
Hearing his voice, Diamond suddenly got recharged. Even the sleepiness vanished.
"Hello, Kian. How are you?"
[I am doing well and you?]
"Just tired. Had a crazy night yesterday."
[Was it fun?]
"It was fun and different. Enjoyed myself a lot."
[That’s good if you did. When are you returning to Srad?]
"Why are you asking?" Diamond’s lips couldn’t help but curl upwards as she asked that.
[I miss you and want to see you.] Kian directly exposed his intentions, surprising Diamond, who was expecting Kian to circle around first.
"You ..... aren’t you getting bolder?"
[Hehe, when facing such a beautiful lady like you, if I laze around, I am afraid that you might be stolen before I know it!]
Diamond smiled happily upon hearing that.
"It’s good that you know. I will return on Monday," she answered his earlier question.
[That’s pretty soon. I guess I will be seeing you soon.]
"I will be looking forward to seeing you then."
[So, since you have attended the banquet, do you have any plans?]
Diamond was silent for a while after hearing that question before she answered. "Not really. I decided to take it one day at a time."
Ever since she clicked with Rita, she had a feeling that if she were to schedule something, she would end up missing something even better.
Kian’s call jolted her back to reality.
"Sorry about that. I was thinking about something."
[Okay. If you don’t feel comfortable, you can just tell me. You don’t need to force yourself.]
Hearing the worry in Kian’s voice, Diamond just wanted to roll on the floor and laugh like crazy.
’Only if you know the plans, I have for the two of you!’
"No, it’s not like that. I mean, isn’t it too early for me to meet your brother?" Diamond asked, her tone carrying so much worry that she was confident that Kian wouldn’t suspect a single thing.
[It’s not really that early. Although we haven’t met for a long time, we both understand our feelings for each other. I just want you to know everything about me, Sullivan, and my family. We will be seeing a lot of each other in the future, so I wanted you to meet him. Besides, he doesn’t have much to do, so he is free.]
Upon hearing Kian’s lengthy explanation, Diamond softly chucked and answered, "Okay, I will meet up with him, but aren’t you afraid that I will mistake him for you and vice versa?"
[Hehe, you are a clever lady. I trust you. Besides, it will be our honor if something like that happens!]
Kian’s words at the end were ambiguous, but she wasn’t going to ask for an explanation. After all, she was planning on using that excuse to fulfill her nasty goal.
"Just give him my number. I will talk more with him regarding the trip."
[Thanks for doing that for me.]
"I should be thanking you. I get to tour Dielas with a free guide, hehe," she laughed softly as she thought about it.
[Then you need to reward me when we meet!]
Flashing a sly grin that Kian wouldn’t see, she answered cunningly, "Don’t worry. You will indeed get a good reward. Just look forward to it."
[I will, my lady.]
Talking about meeting Sullivan and veering off-topic, Diamond had a great time chatting with Kian. The two finally hung up after being on the call for thirty minutes.
Diamond stretched her body as soon as she was standing on the floor.
After doing that, she walked towards the bathroom, where she took a long shower that made her feel refreshed.
She changed into something casual before calling Betty, who brought her breakfast lunch to her suite where she ate with vigor.
’It’s a blessing to be able to eat and be full!’ she thought to herself as she ate.
