She was starting to regret it. Why was she making a fool out of herself?
She looked at the several kinds of lipsticks, and her head was going crazy. As she stood there pondering what to do, she couldn’t help but thought of what happened just a moment ago.
Those twins had come onto her so hard just because she spent a lot of time looking at bracelets.
’Instead of attracting unnecessary hate again. I might as well just pick what I find appealing,’ she decided.
Without further ado, Diamond started picking several cosmetics without worry on her face.
As she shopped, picking whatever appealed to her, she felt someone approaching her and the sensation felt familiar.
She paused in her steps and raised her head to check who the other person was, but when she saw those familiar faces; she began to doubt her life.
Was she really that good at attracting so much trouble?
Diamond didn’t bother to hide her stunned expression. After all, it wasn’t every day that she got to see such persistent troublemakers and ones she didn’t poke.
Just what exactly do those twins want from her?
When the twins saw that Diamond saw them and that she didn’t seem too happy to see them again, they couldn’t help but feel indignant.
Since when did they have to suffer like that?
For someone like Diamond to show directly her dissatisfaction and unwillingness to associate with them, were they really that bad?
Back in Strawford City, who didn’t fawn over them and try their best to make them happy?
And yet after flying to Dielas, the person that they had come for was treating them like that. How could they be happy with that kind of situation?
"What do you want?" Diamond asked coldly, as she no longer bothered to provoke the twins.
Since they were so adamant in following her, it meant that they were determined to cause trouble for her despite her thoughts.
So why bother keeping up with appearances?
Precious smiled faintly after seeing how cold Diamond was.
She didn’t blame Diamond at all. After all, they were the ones who came to her with ill intentions. If it were them, they would have taught the offender a great lesson.
"We didn’t mean to offend you. Do you mind us if we join you?" Precious asked softly as she looked at Diamond with anticipation in her eyes.
Diamond looked doubtfully at Precious, wondering what the young girl was up to.
However, when she thought of rejecting the girls, she couldn’t help but think of those bodyguards who were outside.
She was by herself and couldn’t possibly fight those people. She didn’t want trouble, so she might as well just wait and see what they were up to and deal with the issue as it progressed.
"You aren’t here to cause me trouble, right?" Diamond asked as she probed.
Precious shook her head lightly as a smile blossomed on her face.
Although they were indeed in Dielas to cause trouble, it wasn’t to the extent of being promiscuous and making the other person uncomfortable.
They wanted to know more about her, especially after seeing how mysterious she was.
"No, we aren’t and sorry about what happened earlier," Precious apologized as she looked at Diamond.
Diamond didn’t believe a single word the girls were saying, but for the sake of momentary peace, she decided to accept the excuse.
"Fine, since you are sincere, I will accept the apology." Diamond shrugged her shoulders as she accepted her fate.
Precious was happy to hear that. She looked at her sister and nudged at her. She knew Patience very well. If she had not warned her before they entered the shop, she would have caused a lot of trouble already.
"Then you don’t mind us joining you, right?" Patience asked anticipatedly.
When they were acting like that, how could she even say no?
"Fine, you can join me. It’s a little boring to shop by myself, anyway!"
The twins looked at each other excitedly upon hearing that. As long as they talked more with the supposed enemy, they could learn more about her.
"Yay!" they cheered as they moved closer to Diamond.
Diamond shook her head helplessly at seeing the twins’ reaction. They reminded her of Ruby, and she didn’t want to think too negatively about them.
"So, what’s your name? I am Precious," Precious asked, as she introduced herself to Diamond.
Diamond smiled softly at the black-haired girl whom she now knew as Precious and answered, "My name is Diamond."
"I am Patience," the red-haired Patience introduced herself too.
In a short span of two hours, Diamond had several bags filled with all sorts of stuff. free\we,bnovel.c o(m)
