Chapter 472: Chapter 470: REGAL RETREAT

Anyway, the country had several islands which belonged to the country. And each island was unique in its own way. Diamond wanted to check that as well. She didn’t plan on staying in the capital, which was called Cadinan, for the whole of the vacation.

There were plenty of cities and towns which she found interesting and planned on visiting even once.

Of course, if other plans were brought to her, she didn’t mind following them. After all, following the locals’ suggestions proved to be worth all the time. They know their country the most.

From the airport to the hotel, which was called Regal Retreat, the drive took over two hours since the hotel was in the city center while the airport was in the outskirts.

Fortunately, the drive wasn’t that bad. Since she learnt new things and saw a lot of wonderful landmarks on the way, it was exhilarating.

When she arrived in Gesalsi, it was around two in the afternoon. And when she arrived at the hotel, which looked fancy from a distance and even too luxurious now that she was standing in front of it, it was around five.

And for her, when the clock struck five, it meant that supper was nearing. And the time for arrival was simply too perfect. She liked it so much.

Whenever a new guest, or rather a special guest, is known to be coming, which was news that the management would get in advance. They start preparing right away for the day of arrival.

In this case, knowing that a special guest, Ms. Perry was one of the few people who purchased their VVIP voucher which was so pricey and on top of that for a month, how could they not be on their toes? Anxious for her arrival?

When the guests were on the road, they kept on receiving feedback on where the entourage was. This made it easier for them to prepare and make sure that there was nothing unsatisfactory for the guest to nitpick about when she arrived.

When the entourage was near, the designated butler and staff to wait upon the guest during her stay all stood uniformly outside in two rows, waiting for the moment she arrived.

Their actions were very loud and too noticeable and those who were knowledgeable about this knew that some bigshot was about to arrive.

Even a few directors were waiting as well, making these people wonder if the chairman’s family was visiting on this day. Otherwise, why would they come out when it was this cold to wait for someone?

However, when five Khaleesi hotel cars stopped in front of the hotel, the spectators gasped in shock.

Diamond seeing the people’s reactions and the welcome crew, a smug smile appeared on her face for a second, recalling how the Radiance Manor staff always welcomed her.

This kind of treatment was something that she would never get tired of. As she experienced it once again in a foreign land, she found herself getting addicted.

"Welcome to Regal Retreat Ms. Perry!" the beautiful lady in a black suit, which accentuated her curves and her milky skin, said in a melodic voice which sounded very hypnotizing. Diamond was intrigued.

And when she bowed ninety degrees, Diamond for a brief moment was startled. She nearly rushed to the lady to stop her from doing so. Weren’t they afraid of hurting their necks or back?

However, she recalled how in Gesalsi, this was a normal way of greeting people with seniority or they are respectful towards. So, she could only swallow her words while maintaining a smile, accepting such a greeting and welcome.

"Thank you for welcoming and hosting me!" what else could she say except for that?

Thanks to this, the whole hotel by now should know that she arrived.

’I guess I have to wait and see!’

Diamond was taken to the pent-suite where she would be staying for her duration at the hotel.

The pent-suite had a master bedroom, which came with an en-suite and a walk-in closet with a safe.

There were two additional guest bedrooms, a study, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen which connected to the dining room.

Outside, there was a beautiful balcony which led to a glass wall pool. Thankfully, the pool floor wasn’t glass as well.

She didn’t want to find herself in the water and yet be on tenterhooks on how she might fall through the glass and have her body smashed into mince. Not that it could happen to her.

She wanted to relax and not live with constant fear.

Thankfully, the pool was glass on all sides except the part she feared the most.

There wasn’t anything that she disliked about her suite. She loved it so much.

She and the other pent-suite users could use a private elevator, providing them with another exclusive service that ordinary guests wouldn’t receive.

There was so much more the hotel was still waiting to offer. And Diamond was going to make sure that she checked it all out.

And most importantly, make use of all the money the system spent on getting her such a damn expensive voucher.

Getting value for her money. That’s what she was going to get.

’Be ready for me, Gesalsi!’ she cheered for herself inwardly as she stood on the balcony admiring the tall buildings which seemed to be endless.
