Seeing the other looking elegant as always, Diamond asked, "If I use it to upgrade the space. Does it mean that I would lose the jade? I really want to make something!" sulking at the thought of feeding the lake such a good jade.
The fairy rolled her eyes at her, clicking her tongue at Diamond before answering, "I can leave you a piece. Such a good jade with so much energy can’t be wasted!" her words merciless.
Upon hearing that, Diamond breathed a sigh of dejection as she looked at the fairy sulkily and asked, "Must that really be the case?"
Shrugging her shoulders, she said, "Unless you don’t want to upgrade, then it’s fine with me!"
Faced with such a heartless response, how could Diamond reject it?
In the end, she reluctantly handed over the jade to the fairy, who accepted it with a grin on her face as Diamond said, "Just leave me enough to make a thumb ring. I want to make a signet ring," stating her intentions.
Since she couldn’t make a full set of jewelry, then getting a signet ring was possible, right?
The fairy nodded, accepting that reasoning, and responded, "Fine. You draw for me the kind of ring that you want. To save the jade, I will craft it for you. I can’t trust anyone else with this jade," offering her services.
When Diamond heard that, a smile blossomed on her face as if she wasn’t the one sulking a moment ago.
"Then I will leave this to you then!" Diamond eagerly said before flashing back to the room.
Inside the room, she found a piece of paper and wrote down what she wanted. She just wanted something that would show that it was her and no one else.
She didn’t think that hard before writing down DP, for her name, Diamond Perry, and surrounding that was a diamond.
As for how the fairy would do it, how was that any of her business?
She returned to the space and passed the paper to the fairy before returning to the room.
As for when she would get the ring, she was a very patient lady. The fairy might as well take her time.
After dealing with that jadeite issue, she continued from where she left off.
Moments later, Diamond was leaving the suite with Iseul. This time, she wasn’t meeting with the boys for breakfast. Their schedule was tight, and they had different appointments as well.
Diamond ate her breakfast in the car, on the way to the Khaleesi headquarters. She was going to meet with the company’s CEO and have a face-to-face chat with him.
Once that was done, she was supposed to send Lady Aumbrey to the airport. Since she promised, she couldn’t just let the lady down, could she?
Thankfully, Lady Aumbrey wasn’t leaving early, so there was still time before she could go and see the other.
After being on the road for an hour or so, they arrived at the HQ, where they were warmly welcomed and taken to the president’s office, where the other was waiting for her.
"Um. These are okay!" she nodded appreciatively at him after checking the models.
Mr. Hwan smiled upon seeing that she was satisfied. "Then which one do you want us to provide for you?"
And that was the question which she wanted to hear.
Diamond didn’t need to think much about it. She hurriedly pointed at two of the three models. "I need a van and a sedan," and explained further regarding the van.
After seeing so many artists moving in vans and all that, she couldn’t help but be tempted. Besides, these vans looked different from the ones back home. She wanted to have one of her own like that.
She discussed with Mr. Hwan the specs of the two cars and after a while; they were done discussing everything.
To accommodate what she wanted and for them to meet the criteria of what was required in her country, it was going to take two weeks for the modifications to be done.
Once that gets done, the cars could be shipped or flown over. Diamond didn’t want to wait months for the cars to arrive, so she decided to use a cargo plane for transport.
After discussing all that, Diamond paid in full. She had trust in the company and if they scam her, didn’t she have Andrea with her?
She would get what she was owed and teach them a lesson they would never forget.
