SIGNING IN: BEING SHOWERED BY HEAVENLY BLESSINGS FOR FIVE YEARS novel Chapter 831

Chapter 831: Chapter 829: HAVING CHILDREN

However, it was the love of his life who had asked such a question and knowing Diamond, he couldn’t gloss over the question but be truthful and sincere about it.

"Honestly, I have never thought much about it. You know .... I have been single for a while and was focusing on my career."

Diamond smiled when she heard that and nodded to his earnestness.

"Children are blessings, and I believe that when it’s the right time, I don’t mind having them."

"And when is the right time for you?"

"When the love of my life feels ready. After all, won’t it be you carrying the baby to full term? So as long as you are ready and willing to conceive, I don’t have any problems with that," he sincerely said.

He has siblings and sisters who gave birth. He had seen how tough pregnancy was. It scared the heck out of him. However, he also realized that as long as the mothers were ready for the pregnancy, then everything was worth it.

He wouldn’t be the one carrying the child and wouldn’t experience the pain or joy of being pregnant. So, wasn’t the wife the one who was supposed to decide?

Diamond raised her head, a twinkle in her eyes as she looked at Gael with satisfaction.

She pulled his head down and smooched his lips. The ’mwah’ sound was very loud. It made Aunt Janet, who was eavesdropping while cleaning in the kitchen, blush.

The lovers, completely unaware of having an audience or rather didn’t care much, continued with their conversation.

"What about you? Do you want them?" Gael nervously asked, his heart racing at the thought of having a child with Diamond.

Although he wasn’t confident that it might actually happen. After all, Diamond was a successful woman and women like her tend to take their time when it comes to starting families. Moreover, they had just started dating. It was still a bit too early for them to have a child. But now that the thought had been placed in his mind, he couldn’t help but have that glimmer of hope.

Diamond grinned as a mischievous glint flickered in her eyes. "Hehe, I want them. Don’t worry, as long as we remain together. I will give you two healthy babies!" after all if she gave birth to more, it would take forever until she finished giving birth.

She wanted to give herself a maximum of seven years to conceive for all the men she hadn’t met yet. If possible, the deities should just bless her with multiple pregnancies and get it over with.

That way, she would have time to spend with her children while pursuing what she loved. Who said that a mother should solely focus on rearing children?

She was a human being, too.

Badum. Badum, badum.

Gael’s heart was literally on the verge of jumping out of his chest.

Diamond, hearing the loud drumming, couldn’t help but suppress her smile, finding him very cute. Was he so excited about the fact of having children?

Where did she pick such a cute man?

Gael was truly out of sorts as his mind continued to repeat what he had just said her saying. ’I will have two babies for you!’

That was more of a declaration instead of a statement. Diamond wasn’t someone who loved wasting her energy on things that didn’t matter. Which meant that she really meant it.

When he thought about her carrying his children, Gael felt his nose getting wet and he panicked as he hurriedly pinched his nose.

It took him a while to calm down while Diamond chirped continuously as if she wasn’t aware of what was happening.

Meanwhile, Aunt Janet was in a daze after hearing what Diamond had just said.

She could already picture the villa being filled with the laughter of children. Picturing that, she couldn’t help but wonder when Diamond would truly conceive. But then it dawned on her that Diamond recently started dating Gael. It would be a miracle if they actually had a child so soon, right?

There was no way that would happen very fast. She didn’t believe that Diamond would conceive without an official ceremony. Diamond deserved better. Which parents didn’t like seeing their daughters getting married and holding grand weddings?

Thinking about that, she couldn’t help but think about her own daughter, Diana.

She was turning twenty-three and already working. There was no way she would agree to settle down that fast. Not that she was complaining.

Anyway, she couldn’t help but wish to hold a child. The house was lonely at times. If there was a child, then it might not be the case.

As a result, Diamond had a dreamless night while Gael had to spend an hour or so taking a cold shower.

The next morning, Diamond went on a morning jog and broadcasted it as usual. After that, she freshened up and wore something decent before going downstairs where she met with Gael, who was dressed handsomely.

"Good morning, dear!"

"Good morning, babes!"

The two greeted each other enthusiastically and since Ivy didn’t return home last night, there was one less person at the dining table.

Aunt Janet served breakfast, and the couple ate heartily. After dinner, they both went to the garage where Diamond picked up the Khaleesi sedan.

It would be her second time driving it after getting it.

She wanted a car that the fans and other people hadn’t gotten used to yet. She was going to a hospital and hoped to go there in peace without any problems occurring.

Diamond didn’t drive the car this time, but Gael did. With the monitor and GPS, how could driving be difficult?

The couple left the villa complex and headed for the best private hospital in Frin City. It was going to be two hours or so drive but with the person that one loves. The journey wouldn’t seem that long at all.

While the couple were heading that way, Ivy, who had slept over at the villa where Garnet and Dahlia stayed, was busy checking the details that Andrea had given her.

It was about the endorsement that the Mainley’s was giving Diamond. She needed to check into the brand first before assessing how much they could pay Diamond.

While she was busy with that work, Dahlia was busy frowning as she checked the videos showing the current progress of the construction. It was hard to fathom what she was thinking, but none of these ladies intervened with each other’s work.

They had so much on their plates to worry about others.
