Raya seemed to have expected to hear such a response. She readily responded, [What do you want? As long as we can give it, then we will give it to you.]
Diamond beamed when she heard that. That was a very good response, to be honest.
Of course, she also understood that Raya might not be able to give her things that could put the organization in a tight spot. Luckily for the organization, Diamond was a law-abiding citizen. How could she go rampant merely because she was powerful?
However, that response made her think quickly about what she wanted and her eyes shortly lit up recalling something that she once thought about though it was brief.
"I want land. Can you give it to me?" she smilingly asked, tapping her knee as she waited for an answer.
Raya didn’t disappoint her. [Which part of the city or in which city?]
That was a smooth answer. The kind that showed Diamond that Raya didn’t mind such an exchange.
Talking about land, Diamond couldn’t help but think of the surrounding land next to her ancestral home.
The thought of having a neighbor making noise for her in the future. She didn’t like it. Moreover, when she thought about her private jet sharing the same space with other families and being restricted by other families simply because she didn’t have a hangar or private airport, she wanted to build her own.
There was so much that she wanted to build, but she currently didn’t have any land. Not that she couldn’t afford it, but she was too busy to even look for it. On top of it all, it was better to have her land gathered together and form a small village than let it scatter.
The way her villas were scattered was enough to drive her crazy. She didn’t want to repeat the same thing repeating.
With all that in mind, the answer was pretty clear.
"Give me the land surrounding the previous land. I want to build several things next to my home. That can be done, right?" she calmly answered, a teasing tone in her voice.
What Diamond didn’t know was that as she was speaking, Raya wasn’t alone but seated with two other people in the office.
There were both men, one older and the other younger, with a stern-looking face. When Diamond’s demand was made, Raya looked at the two as if leaving the floor to them and the younger man nodded at her, making her to sigh with relief.
"I think that can be negotiated."
[That’s good. Because the land should be enough for me to build a private airport next to my ancestral home. I want a school for my family. You know how far away that place is from the nearby school. I won’t have my future kids spending hours to go to school....]
Raya and the other two were surprised when they heard the reason why Diamond wanted the land next to her. They weren’t expecting to hear such, to be honest.
[I need a shopping mall, a school, a housing complex and oh, I need to construct an amusement park for my fans. So, you better give me a huge piece of land. The more land you give me, the more pills I will offer. After all, from what I know, the pills you want from the market, each start at A$100 million, depending on the tier. I just happen to have to have top-grade pills with me at the moment, guaranteed to work with a single pill ...]
When the three heard that, their jaws dropped to the ground in disbelief at what they were hearing. The young man, especially, had sparkles in his eyes as he listened to Diamond talking about top-grade pills.
He didn’t believe that she was lying. Everything that she had done proved that. Moreover, there was no benefit to her lying to them. Deception can only tarnish her reputation.
After listening to her, Raya’s hands were shaking with excitement. She was unable to hide it.
"Diamond, are you serious?"
[I don’t have the luxury to lie. So, tell me, can that be done?]
Raya received a nod from the older man and she hurriedly responded, "I need to talk to the board and relay your demands. As soon as I get a response, I will give you a call."
[Okay, that’s far. And oh, I need to have documents approved for a bank. I plan to open one. I nearly forgot about it.]
Raya chuckled faintly when she heard that, but didn’t object. After all, what was wrong with doing an extra favor?
"Sure, we can help with the documents as soon as you are done with them. Just send them when you are done."
[That’s good. I will have them organized and send them to you as soon as possible.]
"In the meantime, let us convene a meeting and discuss. I will come back to you with a response."

Meanwhile, Diamond had no clue that the people were already pegging land for her. After ending the call, she called Nancy and Kiara and told them about the bank matter. They were to prepare any documents required. The sooner she gets them approved, the sooner she can put the matter aside and think about something else.
How could she have so much money but not her own bank?
She had already included an ATM space at the convenience store during her planning. It wasn’t like she was doing that to benefit other people’s banks. That would be no fun.
Thinking about what she had just told Raya, she couldn’t help but think about planning further what she had just blurted out. View the correct content at fr\eewe.bno vel.c(o)m
So, when she got back home, she locked herself in the study and started drawing rough plans.
First, she needed the airport just close to home. Since there would be her plane and maybe her acquaintances once in a while, it wasn’t going to be noisy like the bigger airports. So, building it closer to home wasn’t an issue.
Next, she wanted a school. Her kids can’t go miles away for studies. So, she planned to build an institution across from her ancestral home. They can even go to school on foot if they want.
Wasn’t she a good mother? f.(r)eew ebnov\ll.com
Her kids can’t go to school by themselves. So, she planned to bring more students and to do so, she needed to build dorms, a residential block for the parents, as well as create jobs for them.
When it comes to creating jobs, there were admin positions at school, the shopping mall, the amusement park for fans and many others she would think about once she got her hands on the land.
She can’t plan too many lest the land isn’t enough. She would be embarrassed if that really happened.
However, there was one thing she didn’t forget to put on the plan regardless of the size of the land; an orphanage.
She planned on raising her own people. People who would rely on her clan and the future workforce of the clan. What better way to raise a loyal workforce than start early?
