Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1457

Mia stepped off the boat, her Gold Pass in hand, and headed straight for the front desk to swap it for a new card.

Something about her must’ve tipped off the receptionist, because suddenly she was all smiles and respect, practically beaming with politeness—and couldn’t help sneaking glances at Mia whenever she thought Mia wasn’t looking. Oh wow, so this is the famous Mrs. everyone whispers about.

With her new White Pass in hand, Molly couldn’t stand still. “Come on, let me see! Let me touch it!”

Mia handed over the card. “Call Leo, he’s probably freaking out. Tell him the good news.”

Back at the Water’s Edge complex, Leo was surrounded by a small army of kids.

“Babe, check if I’m going bald,” Leo said, bowing his head so his girlfriend could get a good look.

Anya was juggling one kid on her hip, holding another by the hand, while a third zipped around like a tornado, completely out of control.

She squinted at Leo’s scalp. “Chad, should I buy you some ginger to help your hair grow back?”

“Forget the ginger. Just call these kids’ dads and tell them to come pick up their monsters.”

Leo glanced at his “little brother-in-law.” “Actually, make that two. Ash’s dad can take those two and drop them off on his way.”

Crash—Leo’s mug went tumbling across the floor again.

Both he and Anya turned.

Wayne, the one in Anya’s arms, was squirming to get down, desperate to join his brothers.

Ash was already on the loose, legs pumping as he raced across the room—only to wipe out on the slippery floor, skidding and landing flat with a splat.

He froze for a second, then scrunched up his face and burst into messy, slobbery tears.

Leo picked up his “little brother-in-law” with a sigh, then looked over at the little tiger cub, bum in the air and mug in hand. “If anyone has three boys like this at home, I honestly don’t know how they survive.”

Just then, his phone started ringing.

He waddled over to the phone, eager to chat. “Where? Mommy come home?”

Molly called through the phone, “Sweetie?”

Wayne stopped in his tracks, looking confused. Did he just hear his mom—the one who always broke up his wrestling matches?

He toddled over too, “Ah—!”

“Say ‘Mommy,’” Molly coaxed.

Wayne: “Daddy—!”

Molly shoved the phone at Mia. “Mia, your turn. I’m done with this kid.”

Henry also blurted out, “Daddy!” Suddenly, Leo’s expression changed. He quickly asked the sisters, “When you leveled up today, you didn’t run into anything weird, did you? Like, see someone you weren’t supposed to?”

“Super weird, Leo. Wait till we get home and tell you,” Molly said, her voice full of excitement. “You won’t believe who we bumped into. It was wild—just unreal.”
