It's my interview materials you want, isn't it? I might be a rookie, but I'm pretty sure I'm a thousand times better than you! Not only did you not follow the rules, but you lorded your seniority over everyone. Huh! I've never seen someone as shameless as you!"

"How dare you accuse me of lording my seniority over everyone? And how dare a rookie like you disrespect someone who has been in the industry far longer than you?"

Rita casually glanced at her watch. "Any other questions? If not, I'm going back to the front lines. I'm not like you, who can just sit in the office and have materials handed to you. I can't bring myself to do something so shameless as to steal others' materials."

"What you're doing is called slandering! You better watch what you say next, or I'll report you to the boss!"

It was true Chase had stolen others' materials several times, especially from newcomers. They all knew about it, but no one dared to openly discuss it.

Rita first went home to change into something more comfortable, packed plenty of food and disposable utensils into a large bag, then hurried off to the scene. Several other reporters had the same idea; they were determined to stake out there for as long as it would take.
