The Deadly Assassin Robin novel Chapter 1333

The terrifying display by the Divine Drakebane had viewers all around the globe frozen in fear, their hearts racing wildly.

Even though it was just on a screen, it felt as if the smell of blood was wafting through the air, and the sheer intensity of the moment hit everyone hard.

His ruthless, bone-chilling methods were almost too horrifying to watch.

No one viewed the Divine Drakebane's actions as mere cruelty or senseless destruction.

Instead, he gained the awe and respect of the world!

This is what it truly means to be a man—one with real courage, a true God of Death!

Who would dare hurt the woman guarded by the Divine Drakebane?

If someone had to fall, it was going to be his enemies.

Dripping with blood, Robin flung the torn remains from his hand and turned toward the camera with a dark grin. "In 60 seconds, the Blossom Empire will be nothing but dust," he said coldly.

The Blossom Empire collapsed in panic, pleading for their lives.

Robin stepped steadily into the light-speed warship, leaving a final sentence to echo across the land. "I never forgive."

Flames burst in his wake, and the once-glorious Blossom Empire was burned to ash within seconds.

Then, from the light-speed warship's speakers, Caym's eerie laugh rang out—

"Hahaha ... incredible work, Divine Drakebane! Hahaha ... "

That haunting voice sent a wave of terror through everyone watching.

"I've always admired your way of doing things," Caym said through the emptiness of space.

"If Mr. Drakebane is willing to join forces with us, the Dark Syndicate will honor you with the highest rank in the Netheris."

Robin scoffed. "You filthy bugs from the Dark Syndicate actually think I'd respect you?

"Caym, you'd better be ready. Even if I have to pass through heaven and hell, I'll tear you apart with my hands!

"You had the audacity to harm what I cherish most. The Dark Syndicate, and the whole Netheris—your time has run out. Prepare for your eternal damnation!" He spat.

The ghostly laugh continued in the quiet void. "You've got spirit, Divine Drakebane.

"As for deceiving Ms. Dunn, that wasn't my doing," Caym added.

"I had no part in the cheap tricks played by Georgina and those two idiots from the Southmere Residence. I hate that kind of dirty work.

"Even if you didn't deal with them yourself, I would've gotten rid of them."

Everyone went still at that moment.

To the powerful, weak pawns are nothing more than throwaways—used once and discarded.

"I don't want to harm you or the woman you love," Caym continued. "This situation forced my hand.

"If you bring back the dragon-slaying dagger—the most treasured ancient relic in Netheris—I swear I'll restore Ms. Dunn's soul without a scratch."

"Mr. Drakebane, please let me finish," Caym continued.

"If you agree, put the dragon-slaying dagger beneath the Peachgrove in Dragon Ridge Valley when the full moon rises.

"Once I have the ancient relic, I'll keep my word and return Ms. Dunn's soul.

"But if you don't ...

"Well, I doubt either of us wants that outcome.

"That's all. I won't waste time keeping you from cleaning up those two pieces of garbage, Eithan and Kimberly!

The voice faded into nothing.

Robin felt his chest tighten.

He didn't expect Caym to want the dragon-slaying dagger placed beneath the Peachgrove.

No wonder so many powerful figures had been drawn to Dragon Ridge Valley.

All signs were pointing toward one answer: the truth behind the disappearance of the Young Lord Dragon and his hundred Golden Dragon guards.

Everything that's happened over the years must be tied to the dragon dagger.

According to Caym, the dragon dagger is the Netheris's most important treasure!

And the Golden Dragon pendant the Young Lord Dragon left under the Peachgrove—what was it trying to say?

Was his father taken out by the Dark Syndicate?

Or ... could he still be alive, hidden deep within Netheris?

Whatever Caym had done to the Dragon Manor, I would make him pay for it—all of it!

"Shirley's the sweetest person—who could've done this to her?

"You have to hang in there, Robin.

"Do everything you can to save Shirley!"

"I will," Robin said with a gentle smile. "She'll be okay."

"Robin ... " Brenda sobbed. "How did things end up like this?"

Robin looked at his loved ones and smiled, his heart swelling with resolve. "Today's supposed to be Shirley's and my wedding day. Can we please stop the crying?

"No more tears. Everyone, let's get moving!

"We're going ahead with the wedding!" After a pause, Joanna and the rest quickly nodded. "Yes, yes—let's prepare the gifts and bring Ms. Dunn home!" they chorused.

Robin turned to Timothy. "Mr. Dunn, could you help Shirley put on her wedding dress? The ceremony will still go on."

Timothy looked at his unconscious daughter, tears streaming down his face."Mr. Ramsey, you don't have to waste your youth just to do what people expect of you ... "

Robin raised a hand to cut him off. "I don't care about reputation or praise, Mr. Dunn.

"Marrying Shirley is the greatest gift I could ask for.

"After we say our vows, I'll give everything I've got to bring her soul back.

"If I fail, I'll stay by her side, forever, until the end of my days.

"Okay, Mr. Ramsey!" Timothy sobbed harder now.

At last, he finally understood the lesson his father, Drake,, had always taught.

In this life, you can survive without a lot—but never without love and loyalty.

Just then, Misael sent an update. "Master Ramsey, Eithan and Kimberly have been caught. They'll be at the villa in 20 minutes."

"Use their blood as a prelude to my wedding!" he commanded.
