Charlotte’s voice was ice cold. Without any warning, she slammed her foot on the gas and the car shot forward, tearing through the winding valley like a bullet.

Jackson and Adonis pushed down the fear rising in their chests. Both reached for their guns, aiming at the relentless cars chasing after them.

Gunfire erupted. Instantly, everything slipped out of control.

Not far behind, just half a kilometer back, a black sports car followed in their tracks.

“Yes, Anthony,” Hans answered, careful not to sound defensive.

Reaper Division was supposed to be top tier, the kind of team legends were made of. Today, though, they looked like clueless rookies.

“When this is over, send them all back for six more months of training.” Anthony’s tone turned colder. He narrowed his eyes. “Hand me the M24.”

The M24 sniper rifle, king of the battlefield. It was sleek, deadly accurate, and packed a five-round magazine. Its effective range stretched out to 800 meters.

From here, they had a clear shot at the target’s car. The only real problem was the mountain road, winding and twisting, making it tough to line up the perfect shot.

But with Anthony, a bullet only ever did one of two things. It hit exactly where he wanted, or it missed on purpose.

“Here you go, Anthony.” Hans passed him the rifle, treating it like something sacred.
