Mr. Johnson said as the attorney for Mr. Van hoover the son of the late Mr. Van hoover James who was just discharged from the Army he has hired my office to talk with Mr. Albright about taking over as CEO for his father's company. He had just found out that after his parent's and brother's murder and the disappearance of his four sister's uncle took over running the company. Mr. Albright has agreed to become the CEO until James is ready to step in and take over the company as is his rightful place according to this last will and testament of his father. As of today his uncle is no longer associated with his father's estates. His uncle will also vacate the James family home and be off the properties within 30 days.
