Linda felt Alexander’s fist clenched at the mention of Noura, and joy bubbled inside of her. She would always remind him about the tragedy that befell on the people he cared about and how it was all because of Anna’s father.
Now, she hugged him even tighter and didn’t want to let go. Though he hated to be touched because it reminded him of how he was sexually abused and molested at such a young age.
"Don’t forget what you went through and what I had to endure to keep you safe." Linda lifted her head and looked at Alexander with teary eyes. "Her father killed your mother by having men rape her and remove her organs. It’s the worst way to ever kill a living person. After all that, how can you still treat her nicely?"
His expression didn’t change even when she said that, but as more tears flowed down her cheeks, he patted her back to console her.
"You said you married her for revenge, yet you made her your priorities. Like the other night you abandoned me just to look for her after she ran away. You help her escape and set the whole place on fire. You killed those men for her..." Linda became emotional. "And now, you took her to the one place that belongs to us and positioned the best doctors to keep her alive. How can you do that to the daughter of the man who gave you hell for years? Have you forgotten what happened?"
"I have not forgotten what happened, Linda..." Alexander gently stroked her back as she rested her head on his chest. Yes, she would make sure he never forgot about it at all. It was his past, and this was his revenge.
Slipping her up to his chest, she continued, "Do you remember that day you were raped and almost beaten to death? When you were not even allowed food or treatment because you disobeyed Viktor?" Linda reminded.
"I will never forget that." He slowly shook his head, a little bit of warmth appearing in his cold eyes, as he looked at her face.
"On the third day, you could still barely move, yet then wanted to do it to you again. I had to offer my body because I wanted you to be alright." Saying that, she ran her hand down his stomach and up to his chest again. "Do you remember what happened to little Noura?"
Linda took a deep breath, a tear rolling down her cheek. But she didn’t fail to notice the way Alexander’s body stiffened. That was the effect Noura’s tragedy had on him. It was a scar that would never heal.
"She tried to kill you several times for the mistake you have no part in..." her voice faltered as she spoke. She clearly remembered that day just like Alexander. And she wasn’t even wrong, because his previous emotions were now replaced by pain, an excruciating one. But she didn’t stop.
"It was me who cleaned your wound. And when you almost died from her stab, it was me who stayed by your side and told you to be strong. I was there for you and I am always here beside you..."
"You have gone through a lot, Alex. You have gone through hell, and that hell was because of George Steele."
Now, to Linda’s surprise, he embraced her. She had never felt so much relief in her life. Alexander finally hugged her back!
"Don’t worry... what happened to Noura is not your fault, Alex, never your fault," she said, squirming tighter into his arms. How much she wanted to feel him better, how much she urged to kiss him. Even after three years of them being together, he never allowed her to kiss him, nor would he do that himself.
However, she couldn’t push him more than this since she had already driven him to the very edge.
In the end, she managed to lose the rope of his sleeping robe and freed his manhood from his underwear.
Going down on her knees, she slowly ran her hand along the shaft until she felt his hardness in her palm.
Then she looked up at him pleadingly.
"I want you, Alex... I will go through hell over and over again, because it is only you that I want..." Saying that, she lowered her head and took him deep inside her mouth, until he hit the back of her throat.
